Customization and individuality was such a huge part of Saints Row 1 and 2 and I hate the significant lack of that in both SR3, and even moreso in SR4. Being able to be your own character was something that really drew me into buying the first Saints Row, and set the game apart from GTA for me.
Sucks that so much emphasis is being taken away from the minor things that just made the game so much more enjoyable for me.

Inauguration Station has disappointed me significantly.
Well even ignoring that, there's options from SR3 that aren't in the Inauguration Station, and that's really baffling.
Yeah, I wouldn't have minded if they kept all the same clothes for SR3 and just added even more but it seems like they've taken out tonnes. When I imported my SR3 Character and tried to find the same clothes none were there.
not everything's in the station
There's supposed to be more clothing in the main game

Well either some clothes from SR3 are just flat-out not in the game, or they intentionally left some out. The latter doesn't seem likely, and I doubt you'll be unlocking 10 more unique and cool outfits in-game if SR3 is any indication. IIRC the only interesting unlockable outfits were the Deckers' uniform and the STAG outfit.
well, they do have challenge rewards this time that actually give you things (golden gun skins, shit like that), unlike sr3 which just gave you respect and cash, so who knows
I fucking swear to god, the full game better not be as buggy as the Inauguration Station.
the fuck bugs are you getting
well, they do have challenge rewards this time that actually give you things (golden gun skins, shit like that), unlike sr3 which just gave you respect and cash, so who knows
There's no way to know what all the rewards will be, but golden gun skins are not particularly exciting in my opinion.
the fuck bugs are you getting
exiting a store might sometimes exit the whole station, all voices except male voice 1 play their voice clips too early, female voices lack responses for some compliments and taunts etc.

I've been getting these too, sometimes if I try to switch from one store to another the overlay disappears so I'm just staring at some background graphics and none of the buttons commands (ie: esc quitting the station ) respond so I have to force-quit it by alt tabbing and bringing out the alt ctrl delete :I

I saw some challenge rewards in the streams and a few of them were the upgrades from 3, like not being blown back from explosions.

Well in videos a very large amount of them are abilities, like different superpowers or brand new weapons, or passive abilities like maybe health or cash increases.
also there's stuff in the trailers that isn't in the Inauguration Station, like that military armor you wear in the intro and the superhero costume you see in all the promotional stuff. so more than likely there's quite a bit missing from the Station as of now

I think stuff like the 50's Outfit are unlocked after you complete the mission involving them. Like how you unlocked the Cardinal outfit in SR3.

Still doesn't explain the clothes from SR3 that are missing.
I've come back from the dead bearing Smooth McGroove

I hate how the male stylish coat and vest is gone, but the womens stylish coat is still in?

It was my favorite clothing option from SR3, and I'm kinda disappointed it, and just about every business suit (At least in the inauguration station) is gone.
I was just driving home from the store and fucking holding out for a hero played on the radio
I don't know if I can wait this last week guys I cannot handle this
There was a surprising lack of tights and other clothes fit for superheroes in the station.

At least you'll get SRIV on august 20. We non-Americans will have to wait 3 more days.
Still doesn't explain the clothes from SR3 that are missing.
well that's my point, that some items just aren't available in the Station, but we know that they're still in the game. so just because certain clothes aren't there doesn't mean they won't be in the full game.
I'm really disappointed that the regular suit isn't around.

And my point is that I can understand not putting in certain unlockable items, but why wouldn't SR3 items be there?
maybe they're trying to appeal to the "SR4 IS JUST CASH GRAB NO EFFORT SR3.5 DLC!!!" crowd by releasing the inauguration station with less clothes from 3
it doesn't really make sense, but weirder things have happened
Please tell me there'll be more shit to wear than there is in the inauguration station.
Don't know if this has been posted here or not, but over on Volition's official tumblr, they revealed all of the skins for the burst rifle. Personally, I love the Freckle Bitch's one.
