I'm 99% certain this is an M1A1 Carbine, with synthetic furniture, a scope, a foregrip, and a magazine from the Krukov in SR3. It's called the "GI Sniper".

Was this released by Volition themself? Because on the "Going Places" section, it list 4 locations, but on the globe it has 5 pins. Maybe I'm looking into it too much due to my hype :v:
