I asked this a while back but would it work to use a VPN to pre-load the game early and possibly even play it on the 20th instead of the 24th?

So I got a new motherboard with a CPU (i5-3570k), it came with integrated graphics so I am using it since it is way better than my Graphics Card, I've been playing SR3 all day with everything on low but Resolution at 1600 x 1200, better than 720 x ???. I am ready for SR4. Am I a bad person for spending hours in SR3 just finding how ridiculous cars got when you customized them? I liked turning regular cars into ridiculous abominations. I'm really excited for the expanded vehicle mods in SRIV.

It was painted fully gold and had the wheel spikes as well. It was pretty fast, but blew up awfully fast too.

Are there vehicle mods for the lights now or was it just in that one picture?
