So SR4 is being released on the 23rd of August, so can someone tell me how to use the VPN hotspot shield?
I got my copy of Saints Row 4 - streaming if anyone wants to watch. I usually stream with a capturecard, but I would have to find some cords to set that up, so eh.

100% sure there will be trading cards, but SR4 already has the preorder in-game TF2 skins for some weapons, so most probably no genuine stuff. There'll be some DLCs for sure, but not the "let's put all this crap in to a million different packs"-type DLCs, I guess.

In approximately 2 days and 19 hours.
The chances of me preordering this would be an awful lot higher if I thought I could run it well. I'm okay on everything except the processor, which is still just a dual core. Although SR3 ran okay.

If SR3 ran ok, you should probably be able to run SR4.

I don't understand why being ninja'd is a bad thing in situations like this. It's good to see more than one person telling me I should be alright.
The vast majority of players who have spent time with it have reported that Saints Row 4 runs better than Saints Row 3. Then there are some fringe groups reporting that it runs balyd on AMD because of bad driver supports, and then there are some fringe groups who report that it runs badly on Nvidia because the devs supported AMD better. So I don't know what's going on there.
Weird, I have an AMD card so hopefully I'll be alright.

I'm getting this from a plethora of places but I'll give you a couple of examples.

Oh wow, IdolNinja has nearly identical specs to me, except for the video card, which I upgraded a few months ago. But it was formerly a HD 4870 like he has. That's great news.
Can someone help me with using a VPN?
When I download HotSpot Shield (Diago used it and suggested it), and install it. It runs, it says I am in the United States (Like I wanted) and steam just suddenly goes offline, when I click SR4 it doesn't mention Pre-load.
I then restart steam (Go Online via Menu) but it doesn't do anything, and SR4 doesn't mention Pre-load. Only time it did go online was when I set the download location to US <Enter Town Here> (Most of the time the town wasn't listed), but it still didn't mention Pre-load.
That is what is happening and what I tried.

Is totally the Combat Shotgun from Fallout 3 with the stock sawn-off.

I'm pretty sure the one on the bottom is the standard one. But holy shit I am going to use the fuck out of the Saints Fallout Combat shotgun.
Because I'm bad with money I already bought the season pass DLC for $5 for a game I haven't even played yet.
