How do you manage to play this game without major FPS lag? I really want to replay it since it's my favorite but the PC version is almost unplayable for me.

I've never had problems with SR2 regarding framerate to where it's unplayable on both Vista and 8

It's poorly optimized, so while you may not have too many problems there are people who can barely play it.

Also, when I asked Idolninja about the items removed from SRIV, he responded-

The main thing I want to see in SRIV modding is modding the super powers to bigger and better things- punching becoming apocafists style, able to infinitely air dash, blast using hadouken animations or being able to shoot multiples at a time, stuff like that would be freaking awesome.

Wacky comedy is still in there, but there is a lot less "LOL RANDUMB" kind of humor.

The gameplay is supposedly fantasticallly fun, by the way.
