Saints Row IV - From the Crack House to the White House - Games

I used unlock all cheat code after I finished the game. I beated it in 2 days and it felt somewhat shorter than sr3's story. Hopefully the dlc for sr4 give out unlocks than sr3's dlc mission packs. I am talking to you clone dlc, alien dlc, and other dlc I guess.

This loading screen before [sp]Ben King's mind[/sp] is so freaking long. Even if it's in windowless mode, does it pause the loading when I alt-tab?

I'm debating whether or not to get this. I saw where at one point they had this minigun with a bunch of stuff taped together. But I dunno, how deep is the weapon customization?

holy shit, my game is freaking out after I finished it. when I enter car customization, they keep glitching out (like normal in the simulation) but its pretty much all the time, so I cant customize it for shit. No other car acts this way. whenever I try to change my character to female, it keeps all the male face/body changes, and nothing I can do will change it, everything is at the default for my character, so the default female on this save now looks like she's muscley as shit and 60 years old. plus, whenever I try to change sex/race, the body just disappears until I exit the surgery. Anyone else getting this or is my save just fucked somehow?

Yay, did all the side quests and collected all the audio logs.

The fact that the story is relatively short and kind of lacking in fun cutscenes is where this game's origins as a SR3 expansion really shows I think. And the fact that the side missions are really just collections of activities. Well, except for loyalty missions. Also there was that utterly pointless plot point at the end involving [sp]Keith David's betrayal. Seriously, it was introduced and resolved within a single mission. It should have at least lasted a mission or two longer, because it was an interesting twist.[/sp]

[sp]The mission where enemies from previous games come to attack you is so unbelievably meta that it kinda hurts. I love it.[/sp]

Is this game more optimized than 3? I was getting some stuttering in 3 on my pc, a amd radeon 7770 card, with an amd fx 4300

Some have said that it runs worse, and that one review by Idolninja said it runs better. So I'm not really sure what to think.

I really hope they fix that bug where, after getting all of the Keith David audio logs, you hear his last log every time you load your save.

I underclocked my GPU as much as CCC would let me, and that did not work. I am going to continue to run more stress tests to find potential weakness in my machine, in accordance to that AnandTech thread I linked earlier.[/QUOTE] I've went ahead and underclocked my GPU even further. I downloaded MSI Afterburner and set my GPU's Core Clock and Memory Clock to 15% lower than usual and now the game is running flawlessly. I don't know if this means if I have a faulty GPU or not, but my GPU has survived every single comprehensive stress test I have thrown at it with absolutely no errors. For now though, this will have to do. I'm also fairly confident that it's not my GPU specifically because a few more people with the same GPU (Radeon HD 6870) reached out to me and asked for more advice.

I love this game. This is the only game where you can play Barack Obama beating the shit out of living toliets with a tentacle from hentai.

Any tips on how to get gold or silver on the various Stomp Mayhems? Those are literally the [b]only[/b] ones I cannot get Gold on.

I always activate evil cars whenever I need to do mayhem. I can't be knocked down by them, so they just run up to me and I explode them.

And it's not a different course, just that they've added murderbots. (I'm not sure if it was in the vanilla game or only in the DLC.)[/sp]
