IdolNinja, did you get to have any fun with the character creator in Saints Row IV? Would you say it's improved at all, or would being under NDA prevent you from saying so?
It's probably exactly the same as in SR3, if only for compatibility sake.
Saints Row - Protagonist Age: 22 Saints Row 2 - Protagonist Age: 27 Saints Row: The Third - Protagonist Age: 30 Saints Row IV - Protagonist Age: 35
Can't wait for Saints row 6. Where the boss will have a mid-life crysis.
Can't wait for Saints row 6. Where the boss will have a mid-life crysis.
Assuming he even lives that long [editline]16th May 2013[/editline] Why are my stats gone on the Saints Row website?
Where the boss will have a mid-life crysis.
but what about Mid-Life Crysis Wars, Mid-Life Crysis Warhead and the sequels, Mid-Life Crysis 2 and 3
Please, those are non-canon spinoffs. Everyone knows Saints Row is about Waluigi slowly becoming the creepy noodly man we all know and love and Saints Row VII leads right into its thrilling climax, Mario Tennis It's the only way to make sense out of the escalating silliness, given the customization tools allow you to make a more faithful Waluigi in each installment
I can't upload or download characters from the saints row website. Should I just wait?
This is the single worst part of Saints Row the Third. [t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/577863562463574827/C2A1B899D349D5F6BDAC30B787651E1BB32A5899/[/t] This fucking asshole just standing the fuck still for a minute straight when a brute finally comes up and blows up the car. And don't even get me started on snatch.
I can't upload or download characters from the saints row website. Should I just wait?
I uploaded one two days ago. This should just be temporary.

People complained about Shaundi's change in demeanor in SR3, but you could easily argue that she simply was on edge due to the harshness of gangbanging, and while trying to stay sober. I'd like to assume she mellows out by SR4, but that promo art isn't very comforting.

So, why does she now look even more pissed?
People complained about Shaundi's change in demeanor in SR3, but you could easily argue that she simply was on edge due to the harshness of gangbanging, and while trying to stay sober.
because there was so much more gangbanging in SR3 than in SR2
So, why does she now look even more pissed?
Maybe Johnny Tag died :v:
So, why does she now look even more pissed?
"Look" pissed? How do you do that? Personally I never understood any of the promo art. They never looked anything like the in game art. Allegedly, the people in this poster, clockwise from top left, are: Protagonist (Fair enough,) Pierce, Matt Miller (That's what people told me, personally I'd guess Angel with his hair grown out,) Viola, Kinzie, and Shaundi. Now I don't think anybody looks anything like they were supposed to when compared to their in game models. This always confused me to shit.
I really have no idea who that is in the leather jacket, it looks like Sean Penn.

I don't remember which.
It's the girl at the very back. Asha I think it was?
That's not Viola in the picture. It's some new girl. Name is something along the lines of what NRAPros said. Now the question is what happened to Viola.
I hope we get to interact with the characters more, they seemed to just be there a lot. I'd love to get to know my homies a lot better.
I couldn't stand how all the strongholds used the same boring interior.
I couldn't stand how all the strongholds used the same boring interior.
I would have liked some more bonuses or variations - being a cheap hoarder I was able to fully upgrade my strongholds very quickly.

(EG: Johnny was almost fucking orange in the SRTT artworks) We expected this smooth motherfucker Instead we got Mr. chunky wrinkly bags trying to enter a look-a-like contest 30 years past the recommended age for entry
The most annoying part of that is that the hat is half the size
That's not Viola in the picture. It's some new girl. Name is something along the lines of what NRAPros said. Now the question is what happened to Viola.
She went back to licking toilet bowls...
I hear there's gonna be a lot of fanservice in SR4. It'd be hilarious if the main story missions were (mostly) played straight to honor the series history, and then the rest of the game is just dancing mechs, and explosive nutshots.

Washington D.C. is not large by any means. They could easily slap together D.C. in ruins for a mission or two.

20 bucks says they move the white house to steelport or something
20 bucks says they move the white house to steelport or something
Actually it would be cool if the Xen somehow tore D.C. straight from the ground and threw it in the simulated Steelport as part of the map.
