Some places in the trailers also looked like normal Steelport. Who knows, maybe we'll have several cities to play. A man can dream.
Actually it would be cool if the Xen somehow tore D.C. straight from the ground and threw it in the simulated Steelport as part of the map.
It's Zin
20 bucks says they move the white house to steelport or something
I'd be willing to believe the Saints would move the White House to Stillwater. No aliens or anything, that just seems like something they'd do. I doubt that's what's gonna happen but hey, we'll see.
I remember reading somewhere they went to DC.
Any ideas on when it'll be available for pre-order?
"Look" pissed? How do you do that? Personally I never understood any of the promo art. They never looked anything like the in game art. Matt Miller (That's what people told me, personally I'd guess Angel with his hair grown out,)
That can't be Angel. A true wrestler would never be seen without his mask, especially if he gained it back in an honourable way as he does in Saints Row: The Third. It's possibly Matt Miller. Him, being the hipster he is, would be standing out in the image, just as he is in that leather jacket juxtaposed to otherwise fine suits. Also, something tells me that Shaundi's breasts are going to have a bloody gravitational pull by the time Saints Row 5 comes around.
But he stole it after killing several people and trashing a casino :v:
That's honorable by the Boss' definition.
No to mention Angel is the biggest pussy of Steelport. He gets his leg "broken" after 20 seconds of fight but then dances on the ring after the boss has beaten Killbane all by himself.
And that is why you should demask Killbane and in the last mission go save your homies (it's the proper storyline)
If the Boss abandoned his homies to settle a score that didn't need to be settled in the first place, then he would have abandoned any values he holds and it's blatantly out of character IMO Homies always come first
Also the radio blasting "I Need a Hero" wasn't exactly subtle
Also the radio blasting "I Need a Hero" wasn't exactly subtle
Awww I kinda liked that part, if only for the narm charm. That shit got me pumped
one of my favourite parts still was running away from STAG in a STAG vehicle while the radio was blasting SPORTS! also the save your homies thing was pretty easy. I had just recently gotten the 50 levels of respect and all the boosts, so I was invincible. Just ran to the guys and hit them in the balls with the sonic launcher (I realized that I can do that kick right at the end of the game... ) [editline]23rd May 2013[/editline] oh right, a .gif. Let me tell you, infinite grenades and rockets is so great.
Has anyone noticed that Shaundi completely disappears in all of the SRTT episodic DLCs? Makes me think that [sp]the sad ending of SRTT is the canon one :([/sp]
Has anyone noticed that Shaundi completely disappears in all of the SRTT episodic DLCs? Makes me think that [sp]the sad ending of SRTT is the canon one :([/sp]
I hope so
I hope so
I hope so ONLY because it was the stronger ending to SRTT. The "good" ending left me feeling a little empty. [editline]23rd May 2013[/editline] Looks like they're doing the short video series they did for SRTT.
I hope so
Normally I'd say something like, "I hope not because that just leaves us with Pierce from the original crew," but honestly I liked him better than Shaundi in 3. I'd rather keep Oleg and Kinzie than her.
And that is why you should demask Killbane and in the last mission go save your homies (it's the proper storyline)
but then you don't get to board the Daedalus and obliterate STAG

Probably because they're not showcasing much, and that the game looks similar to SR3. The ending where you kill Killbane is so fucking easy and completing it feels like you just lost the game. [editline]23rd May 2013[/editline] I mean, I finished the game with Save Shaundi at first. The game hints you the whole way that you should do that. I mean, Save Shaundi is Green, psychologically hinting you to take it as it feels better. Pierce screams at you that SAVE SHAUNDI, if you kill killbane, it shows how the statue collapses and a frown on bosses face, with a call from Pierce, Did you kill that sonofabitch? Yeah. Was it worth it? and boss just ends the call.
Yeah, for me it was a no-brainer. Option 1 - Save Shaundi - Save Viola - Save Mayor Reynolds - Prevent the explosion of a major landmark - Get in the city's good graces Option 2 - Kill a guy who you've already physically, fiscally, and socially defeated
the amount of dislikes these SR4 videos are getting is bothering me.
probably only due to the fact that there is dubstep
Yeah, for me it was a no-brainer. you're a heartless bastard
Has anyone noticed that Shaundi completely disappears in all of the SRTT episodic DLCs? Makes me think that [sp]the sad ending of SRTT is the canon one :([/sp]
I figured that they did that as a catch-all to fit no matter where you were in the story, and no matter which endings you may have chosen. In other words, they made the setting in the DLC purposely ambiguous so that they could have breathing room to do whatever they wanted without having to worry about continuity.
