[sp]Donnie[/sp] looks really jarring from what images I've seen. I don't have them with me, but I do have his Homie icon.
[sp] the only difference is if you dont get the loyalty stuff for your crew, it just cuts out really early with 'lets find a new homeworld' nothings actually different. [/sp]
[sp]So for so called shit ending I just shouldn't do loyalty missions? lol, that's so much like Mass Effect 2.[/sp]
Ug now I'm pissed because I thought 20+ pitch on a voice wouldn't sound bad. But it was awful. [editline]24th August 2013[/editline] I had no way of telling what my voice would sound like
Worst part about the QTE's is that if you don't do them the game will still play the cutscene (I'm talking about the mission QTE's, I think you can still fail the warden ones) In the [sp]Zinyak fight I didn't press any buttons at all and my boss still beat zinyak up[/sp]
[sp]So for so called shit ending I just shouldn't do loyalty missions? lol, that's so much like Mass Effect 2.[/sp]
Thats the joke :v:
Offer for co-op still open
Yeah Shaundi even said in the mission info "Do all the loyalty missions if you want the good ending" or something like that
[sp]According to Donnie's audio logs, he was kidnapped by Zinyak, but no reason was given. I'm sure that reason can be used to explain characters coming back, since Zinyak apparently kidnapped thousands of humans.[/sp]
[sp]If I recall correctly, Zinyak's announcements during the Gat retrieval mission imply that Gat was the second person to be abducted for Earth-invasion purposes and the Boss was the thirty-first. Subtracting the Boss and his cabinet, that leaves 20-ish "potential threats" silently abducted between the start of SR3 and the full out attack of SR4[/sp] [sp]And one who was abducted even before Gat[/sp] [sp]Who the hell could that dude have been?[/sp]
[sp]Who the hell could that dude have been?[/sp]
chicken ned I bet
just finished sr4 [sp]was highly disappointed at zinyak fight, all you do is spam click m1 and run around the platforms when your health gets low[/sp] overall it was definitely better overall than sr3, but i disliked the importance of cars(none), how easy some of the challenges are(like tower jumping and insurance fraud) and i really, really hated how they just flatout got rid of the cribs like being able to glide around the penthouse or jump to the top of the syndicate tower wouldve been amazing
[sp] Paul was easily the coolest fight in the game, that statue fight at the end was so fucking hardcore [/sp]
[sp]Our narrator, Jane Austen[/sp].
[sp]Jane Austin is part of Zinyak's private collection of favorite humans. He nabbed a hell of a lot more than Austen from the past just to have for himself, but Gat and the Boss were part of a "Special" series that were deemed possible threats to the invasion effort[/sp]
[sp]dex[/sp]
[sp]Makes sense actually, considering Dex is a great tactician[/sp]
Been playing this game a while, now im stuck. Its the mission where you follow NyteBlayde. Ive been following him for 20+ minutes, nothing has happened. Is this just a dumb mission and im supposed to follow him more, or is it glitched? Ive gone threw 4-5 intersections several times, infact after 10 minutes he had me follow him back to where we started Edit; Just now, after 25+ minutes of following him, finally someone said something. But im still following him

Jeez...maybe it's best they didn't bring back Donnie if he looks like THAT. At least fix him up or something

[sp] is there a way to make the game always in pixel mode from Gat's beat em up?[/sp]

Stopped for anything and everything, didnt speed, but he did do 4-5 random U turns. After that guy said something 25 minutes in, Nyte floored it, ran all the lights, plowed thru traffic, etc

Yey, completed the game. [sp]I was thinking it'd be amusing if the first thing 'The Boss' says is, "Alright, change your colours from Red to Purple now."[/sp] [editline]25th August 2013[/editline] [sp]Oh god, Simulation Override to Nightmare.[/sp]
End-game question: [sp]What was the significance of having Jane Austen as the narrator? and I really hope we get some time travel DLC because that could be very interesting.[/sp]

It's unlikely there will be time travel DLC. If anything there will be a SR game based on time travel. Oh speaking of jiggle bones, a female character with a high sex appeal is much more rebounding than a regular male character at Insurance Fraud
[sp]During the Beat 'em up level, you could tell the physics and shit were still the same, knocking boxes around and what not looked the same, it was quite badass really, 2D Sidescroller with awesome physics, we need more games like this.[/sp]
Just beat the game [sp]I thought that fighting Zinyak was really fucking badass, probably because of ~dat music~ and ~dat live performance~ across the entire Zin empire.[/sp] My only gripe with this game is how disgustingly repetitive it gets. The first four hours of this I was freaking out, 10/10 best goat etc, but my feelings rose and fell throughout the course of the game. The (non-TK) Mayhem, Rift, Race, Insurance Fraud, (some) assassinations, Flashpoints, and Hotspots were all really fun, and I like how the world was stuffed to the brim with all of them. The virus upload and carjacking activities were god awful. I get that the devs wanted to stretch out gameplay, but a huge portion of the 20 or so hours I invested was doing activities. Would have been really nice if there were more interesting and dynamic missions, much like SR3's stuff.
Had my first game-breaking bug just now. I finished an activity on the exact threshold between gold and not gold (the mission end timer says 2:29, but I was on 2:30 when it faded out), and this happened: No '[Enter] Continue' option. No menus. Can't pause. my dude's just there dancin' like a fool forever.
