Help me I can't gold the Speed Rifts and the Stomp Mayhem. Both get to silver, and about 80% to gold when the timer runs out, how do I do them.
And is there 33 activities only? That's what the max for me is on the map currently.
For the rifts, you just gotta use the boost as often as you can (you can activate it at ~25% IIRC), and focus on the purple pick-up thingies as they give more points. As for mayhem, make sure to stomp stuff like fences, these clusters of newspaper dispensers or whatever they're called and basically anywhere you can see a couple of objects in one place (the combo matters way more than the actual value of the object)
Also this game is the fucking best. The combination of on-foot radio and the kickass The Mix playlist makes my (well, my friend's, I haven't bought a copy yet 'cause I'm a poor Polish teenager) game feel like a montage any time What Is Love/I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing/Insane In The Membrane or The Touch start playing, the writing manages to be engaging, pretty good and funny at the same time, and the voice actors did their damn jobs well. (British Voice boss during Matt's loyalty mission :allears: "Never stop.") Oh, and the superpower jumping/running/gliding are all so damn smooth, it's unreal. (wish I could wall-run parallel to the ground, though - also, why the hell can't I fire guns while gliding/falling?) It basically is the Game Of The Generation, both because it's so good and because it makes fun of the major games of the 360/PS3 generation (but not in a malicious way - it's kind of like the way Hot Fuzz gently makes fun of action movies, in a love letter kind of way)
I really need to scrounge some money together and go get myself a copy.
i didnt know this the first time i did a speed rift, but using the burst allows you to break through obstacles and doing so actually gives you points
also your burst automatically ends when you reach the end of the segment and have to jump, if you know when the next segment is coming you can save your burst and start at the jump to the second one
This is embarrassing to ask but does anyone have a guide on to how to reset your characters appearance to the default male character? Accidently messed mine up at the surgeon and can't get him back...

I'm pretty sure changing to a different race, then back to Caucasian will do it.
SANIC GOES FAST AND HURTS HARD.

So I listened up SR4 songs a bit more, and when I heard Just a Friend I realized.
That's where that "OH SNAP" in WTF MOD came from.
I just unlocked the super homie backup and guess who comes! [sp] A pair of SR1 default bosses and A pair of SR2 default bosses![/sp]
How do you unlock super homie backup?
How do you unlock super homie backup?
You have to complete 57 challenges.
Friendly Fire's music has drastically improved in this game compared to the third. I usually just sit in the shop listening to the whole thing whenever it comes up.

So, this came up to my mind... I want to buy a Saint's Row game, which game should I buy?

This is my favorite store track
Well the beginning atleast
FUCK. Rim Jobs keeps getting me stuck in its custom menus forever. Making me close game.
It's goddamn frustrating because it's not even a crash or anything. I can still rotate the car in the background and listen to the music. I can't leave at all so I end up alt + F4.
Is there a way to get rid of that ? Rim Jobs is completely unusable.

I fucking love that track. By the way, the name of that really good song that happens at mission endings is Dubious Step.

Image as Designed has the best tracks IMO
Whats the song that plays when you [sp] jump onto the rocket and rip the wires out? [/sp]

It's a shame you don't really spend much time in Rusty's Needle.
I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing from Aerosmith
To the guy asking
The [sp]rocket[/sp] part is actually one of my favorites in the entire game. It was fucking awesome.

Got a console? Get SR2. If you don't, but have a decent PC, you might as well drop a couple bucks on the PC port, but it's fucking terrible (you can use mods to kinda sorta fix it, and it works miles better on Windows 8 for some reason but is still crashy as hell).
After that, get SR4, and if you like it, get SR3 too I guess. (also, if you've got a 360 and really want to learn about where the whole Saints thing started, might as well pick up the first game, it's pretty decent all things considered)
What does it say about the world when this game is the only piece of media I can think of that has a potential female president of the USA?

Black Ops 2 has a female president, Splinter Cell Blacklist has a female president, I'm pretty sure there are some other games that have it too.

Alright smart guy, how many games are there out there that has Shrek as the president?

So the correct answer is I need to play more video games?
Yes! Now I have an excuse!
Alright smart guy, how many games are there out there that has Shrek as the president?
Shrek was the King of Far, Far Away in Shrek The Third. You may tell me that's not a game but people have been referring to "The Third" as a game throughout the whole thread.
The game's original music is so much better than the radio I wish there was a radio channel just for listening to the soundtrack :v:
I only listen to The Mix. 'Cause it is fucking awesome.

They did make a game of it so you are right
So I'm on the final mission (co-op) and when the key enters the thingie, the loading screen won't stop loading until my friend quits the game
and when i come back, the first part is done but i can't move
what do?

I loll'd pretty hard when Hilary Clinton was present in Black Ops 2 AND Blacklist
she's getting a lot of video game roles these days
Seriously? You didn't play Saints Row 1?

How is that a surprise? Not many people did.
I used to own it but that was back when I was like 12 and only cared about "owning noobs" in Halo. :/
