[sp]Blew up with the earth. Now Volition has a catch all answer for every damn character in the Saints Row series.[/sp]
But somehow Dex will never be confirmed dead but always be vaguely referenced to until the series' end
yeah i don't recall seeing a single reference to any of the DLCs
In Mind over Murder the commentators refer to you as the winner of Genkibowl VII.
But somehow Dex will never be confirmed dead but always be vaguely referenced to until the series' end
If they need a character to come back, the catch all answer would be [sp]they were abducted and put into a pod.[/sp]
now that I think about it, how will DLC stories work? [sp]not able to start the missions until you save everyone from their sims? or every DLC only features Boss, Kinzie, and Keith?[/sp] :v:
Zinyak is a brilliant villain.
Zinyak is a brilliant villain.
A brilliant villain to which Volition did not exploit enough.
A brilliant villain to which Volition did not exploit enough.
There's still the DLC I can imagine Zinyak being the Grinch in the Xmas DLC
GAT IV
It's incredibly interesting to see how much better the model looks just because of the different lightning/shaders in GTA.
Well, just beat it. Been playing the SR games regularly since the launch of the first one and I had a ton of fun with four, a few issues but other wise was a lot of fun. And of course, every little easter egg and reference that I caught made me giggle like a dumb ass. Shoulda seen my face when I walked into the gun shop and there was a pulse rifle hanging on the wall. Loved all of the little references except the more cheezy ones like do a barrel roll and etc. Fun game though
I wish Saints Row 1 came to PC, that's like the only saints row game i haven't played.

I thought he said spin this ship.
One of my favorite parts was [sp]when Keith David betrays you and the Boss tells him "You sound just like Julius"[/sp]. On its own it's not even really a joke, but if you know the history behind it...it's brilliant.
[sp]Trying to understand the whole lore behind Keith's betrayal makes my head hurt.[/sp]
Hey, with so many Matrix references in the game already someone had to pull a Cipher. I was legitimately surprised though, [sp]I thought for sure it would be either Asha or Cid. Both of them were new, the boss didn't know much about them, and they weren't Keith David. I didn't think they'd have a real person sell them out[/sp], if that makes sense. [editline]7th September 2013[/editline] "[sp]Keith David, you're a dead man[/sp]." - The Boss
[sp]Maybe it was a jab at Julius. That's what I initially thought when Keith's name came up.[/sp]
I really like how Keith David's inclusion in this game as an actual supporting character is played 100% straight.
It's incredibly interesting to see how much better the model looks just because of the different lightning/shaders in GTA.
And Naturalmotion Euphoria ragdolls which every fucking game ever should use now Saints Row has the crappiest ragdolls, they are so floaty and primitive, and if you get ragdolled in mid air you will remain the exact same pose until you hit something Euphoria and car deforming are the main reasons why I still play IV, they are so satisying
I really like how Keith David's inclusion in this game as an actual supporting character is played 100% straight.
Yeah, certainly beats Burt Reynolds Seriously that was a really bad cameo, he's in the cutscene of the zombie mission and he has a few insignificant lines during the Save Shaundi ending, then he doesn't even appear in the ending cutscene (just like everyone else, heh). His role in the game wasn't big enough to warrant a mention in the trailer imo. Ugh, just thinking about how the SR3 endings kind of pisses me off.

So after finishing pretty much everything in the game, I still have to get through another 20 hours for the 40 hour trophy. Also - "You are a terrible person"
I am dissapointed by the fact you cannot go outside of your ship into the main one after finishing the game or manipulating the environment And why did [sp]Oleg have to die[/sp], he was my favourite character

He was fucking hilarious in SR3 beginning. "Get in line, bitch!"[/sp]
99% simulation hacked / 90% save completion I'm so close
Is there any word on when ETD: Director's Cut will be released?
Is there any word on when ETD: Director's Cut will be released?
Apparently, they said about 45 days after the game's release.
Saw this referenced in the Broken Shilleagh Pub
[sp]personally I think that they killed off characters from SR3 to have some sort of emotional connection to the exploding of Earth. Now that the backlash has started, they'll probably reinclude them in later DLC[/sp]
what's the ETA on those mod tools? [editline]7th September 2013[/editline] also I was banned when this came out; who upon completing the game had no idea who [sp]Jane Austen[/sp] was? i'd like to shake my head at you
