Speaking of Idolninja, wip8 for Sandbox+ is out atm. Has a bunch of teleports, the ability to make superpowers quickly fire, and [sp]that thing where all the gangs started to attack you.[/sp]
Is there a way to make collectables show up on the main map instead of the minimap, or have I just overlooked something somewhere? I've got like 1220 of 1255 clusters, and I swear I've checked every neighbourhood.

On the map, click on "Collectibles" and they'll show up

You do Matt's side quests to get his collectible finder.
Not entirely 100% sure but it should also be an Upgrade.
a lot of the side mission upgrades are given way too early in the game :v:
like infinite stamina and the collectible finder
Some of those upgrades I wish were made available to buy as opposed to being straight unlocked.
No ragdoll for example, is something I never bought because ragdolling is hilarious.
So I attempted to use SR3's default Boss to try and make all the defaults from the games look somewhat similar.

Bit of a mess, admittedly. There's surprisingly no blank one-color T-Shirts at all, so I went with a SR1-related brand. SR2 Boss looks a little ugly, I was trying to go for a darker Caucasian skin (hypothetically brought on by the boat blast somehow), and his face doesn't med well with the skin color. SR3 might've been made a bit too muscular in an attempt to fix what I thought was him looking too thin (a problem I attribute due to not being able to have his coat back in SR4 for whatever reason.) But it was a nice experiment, and I found it fun.
Don't the default characters from the first two games show up in a few missions? Wouldn't there be some way to play as those, if not necessarily via the in-game customizer?
You can't play as NPCs. Not yet at least.

Also, you can get a plain color tee shirt if you choose the Ultor Corp Tee and simply set all the colors to the one you want

I'm Australian, tested playing the game (Game came out last night) with an American friend after he preordered the game for me, we either get a 'Session no longer available' message or the popup simply doesn't show.
Yeah, I believe there is a co-op crack floating around that might work, it's worth a try.

This sort of hope is making me wonder if I should get SR2 on PC now instead of later (I have it on 360, but my 360 is packed away while I'm at college)

I still thought it hilarious that, even when [sp]you fought your SR2 version, he was still black[/sp]

I feel like the luckiest person in the world when I can run SR2 at 60fps with occasional drops in framerate

Same here. My only issue is not being able to set the game to my screen resolution.
