Saints Row IV - From the Crack House to the White House - Games

So I was doing Matt's Loyalty Mission yesterday. Right after the last fight, and during the completely serious dialogue between the two of legacies and such, Matt gets completely run the FUCK over by a random car out of nowhere. I died laughing for a whole two minutes.

I died laughing for a whole two minutes.[/QUOTE] If a coop partner is driving a car when a cutscene hits, their controls will halt for the cutscene but the car will continue moving. If they activate nitro, the car remains moving full speed ahead and I've run the game in it's entirety in coop attempting to break every single scene, because it takes until the time to get to the next cutscene for either of us to stop laughing.

I'm starting to get sick of the "CRAZYCRAZYCRAZYCRAZYCRAZYCRAZYCRAZYCRAZY" I think what people liked the most about SR2 is that it had a fairly realistic baseline, which made the crazy shit all the more perverse and hilarious.

DLC's out! I still can't launch the game!

Once again a fun hour, better than the last one and it makes me feel all Christmasy inside!

Great, I can't go past the first mission of this bugged as fuck DLC. Well that's all I had else to do in SR IV. Time to delete the game.

So I finally got the game fixed. Only took two reinstalls. EtD was meh gameplay-wise, cutscenes were pretty funny though. It's a shame Donnie's outfit wasn't an unlock. HtSsC was a lot better, even if it was a bit short. Dialogue and cutscenes were great as always, and I had a lot of fun licking a candy cane for ten minutes only to hear a "oh, it's locked". So, no more story DLC. What now?

So I have not played since the week after it came out, hows the modding community going?

Sorry to bump this thread, but it's on flash sale, and I want to know what DLC I should get along with the game.

Okay, here's an odd thing. Past few days, I try to load up SRIV, but when I try to access my saves. I crash. Most of the time, Steam tells me it failed to run due to "app already in use" (?!), but on one other occasion, it was saying it was having trouble connecting to some server. Any idea what might be going on? EDIT: Nevermind, starting a new game managed to fix the problem. Weird that that happened, though.

Now that this thread being brought back, I can now say that IV's female French voice is nice. While of course everyone likes Russian voice in The Third (and so do I), French voice actually uses some fucking French words. Still can't beat Laura Bailey though.

Sorry for bumping this old thread, but I recently bought Saints Row 2 for a friend so that we could play it together, but every time we try to join each others game we get a "couldn't find any games" error message. We've tried port forwarding and using a vpn to connect to gamespy, but nothing seems to work. Is there anything else we can try? I can't join anyone who doesn't have gentlemen of the row on my side so no one shows up on the list.
