which is a shame, since I liked to play SRTT as an overexaggerated greek statue
like such:

I like how Yahtzee put it in his review of SR3. "The body weight slider has been reduced to 'three protein shakes for lunch,' and 'twelve protein shakes for lunch.'"

I'd chose the one on the left only because the name of the bill is "Fuck Cancer."

Merge the two and have everyone eat cancer.

Any particular reason why we can't have both?

Because it's a joke. My guess is that it has absolutely no bearing on anything that happens in the game.
I'd rather ensure a cure for a deadly disease, and then focus on the hungry later
There needs to be a Dr. Facilier costume
I hope Saints Row IV runs better or at least as good as Saints Row: The Third does on PC

Because you're the president and have to make tough decisions?

I thought that Saints Row 3 was one as the better running games on PC in recent memory.
[editline]14th June 2013[/editline]
It apparently requires DX11 though for some more advanced features, though. On top of that the environments look more complicated with the additional verticality. If you were to max both, I'd imagine you'd get maybe a 10-15% performance decrease in SR4. I'm basing this off of absolutely nothing.

Indeed it runs better of the two PC Saints Rows, but I have to turn shadows down to their lowest nonzero setting for the game not to run at half speed
Could just be my graphics card, but Source games seems to run shadows better on my comp than most other games. I can run Portal 2 on maximum settings with no performance hit, but I have to run Saints Row: The Third with medium graphical settings on the lowest resolution to get a solid 30-60 fps

What are your specs? Also Source is not really a great benchmark for this sort of thing because it's difficult to not run that these days.

I have an AMD Radeon HD 6450 and I'm considering upgrading in the future

Mine is 6850 and the only performance hit for me is post-processing. Set it on low.

That does the trick for me, as well as setting lighting to low as it seems to have little to no effect on the actual graphics, but improved performance greatly
Time will tell if Saints Row IV will run well for me

Actually malnutrition is the reason for the majority of deaths caused by disease in the world. Removing hunger would save many more lives and improve the quality of life more overall than curing cancer would.

I'd swear on my life that these were player characters
I HOPE you can beef up yourself like that in SRIV. It was silly how tiny your arms were even if you had muscles tuned up to eleven.

Is that Oleg in the back?

I miss playing as skinny guys ;-;
body morph slider was the worst in SR3
along with the lack of a gender slider
and not adding a height slider either
also no layered clothing

-snip found it-

The Third lags like hell on my PC and I'm sure that I meet the requirements.

I don't mind the clothing layering being gone if it means there's a good selection of outfits (and SRTT's was shit.)
Though as IdolNinja said there's supposed to be over 600 different pieces of clothing.

Jim Boone's face is really full of childlike wonder.
