Woo you can date Ben King !
yknow i don't even want that much health regen
i'd rather just have cheeseburgers and sodas and shit
this. this is exactly what i want except with more agrees rated on because i like to look at SRIV with a little criticism at the same time rather than just blindly praising the odd direction it's taking.
It might just be something for the introductory missions then. Once you get to Virtual Steelport there is definitely no health regen. It's something I talked with Steve Jaros about at length when I played SR4 in LA.
ah my bad then. no health regen but no food. hmmm. okay it's kinda arcadey now but at least it's not like fucking Diablo III.

interesting. what are "loyalty missions"?
Maybe the same thing that they did in Mass effect 2. Gain the characters loyalty and they will fight full on in the final battle. That's probably what Saints & Sensibility achievement means.
"Completed CID's Quests and Romance."
New character perhaps?
Woo you can date Ben King !
I preordered 5 more times based on this post alone
Woo you can date Ben King !
But not Keith David.
And it seems that Matt Miller is pretty much confirmed.
Looks like there's a choice with the supposedly last mission.

This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Does this mean not every mission has an associated achievement like with SR3? It looks short otherwise

Maybe aside from the main missions there are three Alien gangs.
Does this mean not every mission has an associated achievement like with SR3? It looks short otherwise
Correct. That looks like maybe 1/2 of the main missions, from what I remember. Might even be as low as 1/3.
EDIT:
The more that I think about it, those might be the loyalty missions I'm thinking of. All of those were awesome and just like full length missions.

Hold up, Queen Amazonia's boots (and skirt, if I'm not mistaken) are from SRTT

They look like slight variations on the theme. All the clothes from SR3 are making a return.

I can't resist to get the iron rogue on my game by pre-ordering. I really hope there are more badass outfits, I always have to wear the EDF costume or a hood with a bandana in 2 & 3 because the lack of cool there is.
My problem is that preorder bonuses like this generally come out as DLC later on. If they release these costumes as their own DLC, what's the stop them from doing the same thing they did with Saints Row 3 and release a billion different DLC that only have like 2 things in them each?
I'm not saying that I should pre-order for a outfit. I'm just suggesting SR4 needs to have more clothing options other than putting them for DLC
DLC on 3 was kinda understandable in my opinion due to the near bankruptcy of THQ. Hopefully there won't be as much as before, unless Koch Media wants them to make more seeing the Last Light Ranger Mode being an example.

Iron rogue looks a little bit like Konahrik.

Well I'm stoked.

Two mediocre costumes that the art department probably did after finishing pretty much everything else leaves a bad taste in your mouth?
I personally think the Iron Rogue is pretty sweet
i quite like the Iron Rogue's helmet, it's got kind of a pulpy "two-fisted tales" kinda feel to it
Iron Rouge looks a little bit like Doctor Fate but it's probably just the color scheme.

The implications of even more bullshit on-disk-since-day-one DLC leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Sure, I mean minus the tusks, eyes and the fact that it doesn't hold much in terms of similarity...oh they're both face ma- oh wait no, one's a helmet, the other is a mask with a shroud.
[editline]29th June 2013[/editline]
Looks like a type of Armour you'd find in either Demon's Souls or Dark Souls.

its not a campaign addon or anything so why does it matter
its just 2 costumes :/

The on disk is justified. Makes coop easier, and avoids "have to have this DLC to coop" bullshit.

Idol, could you answer if they do that bullshit activities are part of the main game? I hated that I had to drag myself through a bunch of activities for the main story.
The on disk is justified. Makes coop easier, and avoids "have to have this DLC to coop" bullshit.
As opposed to including it in the game to begin with?
I don't like where they're going with that DLC shit because it just makes me think they're gonna pull the same shit they pulled with Saints Row 3, £3 DLC that contains really shit stuff, don't do that, actually put time and effort into DLC and then I'll actually WANT to fucking buy it.
[editline]29th June 2013[/editline]
It's one of those things of you don't have to buy it, but it makes me think the Developers are money hungry retards by shitting out crap DLC.
