does anyone else thing the little simulation bugs (static a little when crash-landing, etc) will get incredibly distracting and annoying after a few hours of gameplay?

You're being cautious about crashing more than actually driving and out-speeding everything, which is pretty much the point of the cars. Running in Sr3 is just perfect and I love how you can go so damned fast but the cars stay perfectly on their wheels it's almost as if there's a magnet between it and the road, I have NEVER managed to get my car on its roof in Sr3

I think I know why Volition introduced the Awesome button for jacking cars. Because 99% of people in SR2 just jumped ontop of the car and used the glitch to quickly get in. They just used the awesome button as an excuse to get in the car at the same speed without glitching.

Loren has all kinds of crazy tech judging from the brutes so it doesn't seem out of the question they were communicating. Hell, [sp]Zinyak could even have augmented his own fighting skills from Gat's memories[/sp].
