the resident evil films were never the most mature works
They operate on the principle of "just watch don't overthink it, and Definitely don't think of it as canon."
IV isn't the last game in the series right?
IV isn't the last game in the series right?
God I hope not
IV isn't the last game in the series right?
Do you really think Kocha Media/Deep Silver would let the franchise end after spending 22+ million on it from the THQ auction?
Do you really think Kocha Media/Deep Silver would let the franchise end after spending 22+ million on it from the THQ auction?
Nah. I just read this and got a little worried.
The US President must save the Earth from alien overlord Zinyak using an arsenal of superpowers and strange weapons in the wildest open world game ever. The epic conclusion to the game that changed all the rules!
I would assume that's referring to The Third, as this grew out of the "Enter The Dominatrix" DLC.
I imagine 4 is the last game that'll be in steelport
I imagine 4 is the last game that'll be in steelport
And the world rejoiced
I imagine 4 is the last game that'll be in steelport
it would be cool, since they said they'd be 'changing the tone' maybe a new city/story arc every 2 games but how would it go after this? a new gang all together? alternate reality? I mean, president is pretty much the highest you can get, and being leader of the world is kinda boring, and they cant just do the whole alien shtick 2 games in a row
Probably new city for 2 more games, if they're going by a pattern. However, I have no idea where the boss will be after this game. Maybe by conclusion they'll mean the end of the Bosses story? I can't see Volition keeping onto the Troy Baker and Laura Bailey for many more games (unfortunately)
I could see a new saint's row game that takes place in the SR universe but you're not Boss anymore
I could see a new saint's row game that takes place in the SR universe but you're not Boss anymore
I've got it! They'll make a Saints Row MMO, and you'll kill The Boss in a sidequest where he/she dies a really unfulfilling death! Oh wait. [editline]5th July 2013[/editline] In all seriousness, I hope they continue Saints Row, since I've had more fun with these games than any other series, besides maybe Fallout.

It'd be a way to start fresh without feeling contrived and dumb. Plus, since you can get with your lieutenants in IV, it's at least plausible (depending on how things end up for them).
If we can romance females as females, you can guarantee that my boss will break biology by knocking up all of the female homies as well as herself. So yes I think it's plausible that we could possibly play as our child in the future.
I just wish Saints Row was actually featured in the game. In SR1, your home was in the district of Saints Row. In 2, it was renovated, but it was still present. In fact, the game ends in Saints Row. In SR3 (and I'm assuming 4), there isn't any mention or anything of the little district of Saints Row. I feel like if they make a new game, they have to give a reason to call it Saints Row. Or else it wouldn't make sense to new players.
Don't lose hope.
you're a tease
Don't lose hope.
...okay, theory time. [sp]One of the areas, most likely the last, will be the district of Saints Row as shown in the simulation. It will probably be the last area you fight with Zinyak, as a "Remember this place? It's where this all started. And it's where this will end." kind of moment. Because that would be an epic sendoff.[/sp] In the end, I think SR4 will reference so much from the first 3 games it will be awesome.
It would be cool if the 50's part of the simulation takes place in the Row
you're a tease
NDAs are a bitch. Best I could do.
Guys we all know what the end of SR4 will be [sp]The Boss waking up in Hospital after being shot in the middle of a gang crossfire[/sp]
I want a semi serious Saints Row game about some dude who decides to join the saints in stillwater while the boss is wreaking shit in steelport. Maybe have new gangs trying to fuck the saints up, considering that the boss isn't really paying attention to them, and have a all out gang war of some sort. The possibilities are almost endless.

You know, what with the aliens invading, it makes perfect sense that Ultor took some of the Zin technology and wound up on Mars by 2070.
Guys we all know what the end of SR4 will be [sp]The Boss waking up in Hospital after being shot in the middle of a gang crossfire[/sp]
I can imagine that at the end you are near fatally injured in some way, and wake up in a hospital back on earth. Upon waking [sp]Gat[/sp] tells you that you went into a coma after the boat explosion. After you have the appropriate reaction he says "Hah, i'm just fucking with you".
You know, what with the aliens invading, it makes perfect sense that Ultor took some of the Zin technology and wound up on Mars by 2070.
i love it when a game series comes together
You know, what with the aliens invading, it makes perfect sense that Ultor took some of the Zin technology and wound up on Mars by 2070.
and kick started a franchise Volition no longer has power over
You know, what with the aliens invading, it makes perfect sense that Ultor took some of the Zin technology and wound up on Mars by 2070.
I'd be willing to believe the Mason brothers are descendants of the Boss, especially since Alec looks (and sounds) like the 'default' Boss in SR3 and IV. Also Alec literally does nothing besides kill army personnel and destroy their stuff.
Saints Row IV's dream ending for me would have [sp] the Playa waking up in the same graphical level as Saint's Row 1 in the hospital and then he just mutters one word before the screen goes to black: "Fuck." [/sp]...aaaand fin.
