A 5 cent difference means, nobody cares? Huh.
Just pre-ordered SR4. This is going to be a long 4 weeks.
A 5 cent difference means, nobody cares? Huh.
If we're going to take things as seriously as you do we already know that the joke "nobody gives a shit about Pierce" is false because he's the spokesman for the Saints Row brand and is appointed second in command and mayor of Steelport in SR3. So I guess the devs shouldn't make that joke anymore.

Soo, playing Saints Row 3 on the PS3, doing the special attack using hand-to-hand, bringing up the quick time event, I don't have to press the buttons in order for it to carry it out. I think if you press the buttons you get ~RESPECT~ for it.
Oh yeah, playing this shit again I realise that it's actually not as good as Saints Row 2.
Except for the fact that it actually looks/plays/controls/feels 1000x better
Except for the fact that it actually looks/plays/controls/feels 1000x better
Looks better, sure, plays better, sure aswell, but the controls, not a fucking chance, I can't even change anything in Saints Row 3 and the feel of it, meh, it feels like they took too much content out. This being the PS3 version of Saints Row 2 and 3. [editline]20th July 2013[/editline] Was the person slouched against the desk when in the plane next to Loren always wearing a hat? [editline]20th July 2013[/editline] OH wow jesus fucking christ, I decided fuck it, I wanna do some shit in Saints Row 3, not even an hour into it and it's crashed, I can play fucking Saints Row 2 for hours and hours on end and not even a freeze or anything, this game, nope, fucking crashes...
the music in the gat trailer is fucking amazing please be in the game
What is the "right" way of doing the missions in SR:TT? I'm doing the STAG story line and it feels just wrong. I am playing the game right?
What is the "right" way of doing the missions in SR:TT? I'm doing the STAG story line and it feels just wrong. I am playing the game right?
Start with the Morningstar, finishing with Zimos, then focus on the Deckers, finally on the Luchadores. After I complete the mandatory activity missions for one of the gangs, I usually complete the rest of the activities, then continue the story line for that gang. Stag missions will sort of fall into place as you play.
What is the "right" way of doing the missions in SR:TT? I'm doing the STAG story line and it feels just wrong. I am playing the game right?
There is no correct order, just like in the previous titles.
new story campaign that is longer and better than the one from SRTT additions to the city including giant floating platformy space ships and pillars completely new superpower mechanic that changes the way you get around and adds an entirely new perspective to steelport more than twice the customization options SRTT had, plus the new option to customize your weapons in both stats and appearance new activities and updated versions of the best activities from previous games on-foot radio johnny fucking gat but no guys it's just a dlc with a 60 dollar price tag amirite???
you have no idea if this is true or not
Joined the Gat gang. My god there is one reason why all players should have sandbox+ on SRTT : you can close bridges.
I can play fucking Saints Row 2 for hours and hours on end and not even a freeze or anything
Yeah, but if Saints Row 2 had a reasonable framerate those hours and hours would be about 30 minutes.
you have no idea if this is true or not
Idol Ninja said pretty much that. Although to my knowledge, what he said was that there was the same amount of missions, but they were all actually missions instead of a huge chunk of them just being activities in disguise.
Yeah, but if Saints Row 2 had a reasonable framerate those hours and hours would be about 30 minutes.
what SR2 has very little to no frame rate issues, atleast not on the console version which was what he was talking about.
Apparently, there were religious protesters picketing outside SDCC, and the Saints Row motorcade chased them off.
oh yeah, the panel's tonight should be interesting, hope it ends up on youtube
what SR2 has very little to no frame rate issues, atleast not on the console version which was what he was talking about.
The console version of Saints Row 2 had atrocious framerate issues.
The console version of Saints Row 2 had atrocious framerate issues.
Really? I've played for hundreds of hours and I haven't really noticed anything.
The console version of Saints Row 2 had atrocious framerate issues.
Hell I've never seen such framerate drops on console. The boat shooting in the first mission is like watching a slideshow.
The console version of Saints Row 2 had atrocious framerate issues.
If you had V-sync on, yes
i was unaware you could toggle vsync on a console game
Saints Row 1 had a v-sync option and that was on the 360. I'm pretty sure it was in SR2 too. [editline]aslkld[/editline] And I think in SR2 they split it so there was one for gameplay and one for cutscenes.
oh yeah, the panel's tonight should be interesting, hope it ends up on youtube
Would the SDCC twitch stream show it?
So SR3 is on sale (again). Are any of the story DLC packs worth a look? I'm not really interested in the Genki one, but the Clones and Space look like they might be okay.
buy them now because they aren't worth the amount not on sale ganstas in space is ok trouble with the clones is meh and genkibowl is shit
trouble with clones is great simply because of super powers i swear i just ran around for like an hour fucking around with them instead of doing any of the mission objectives and then when sandbox+ came about i fucked around with them even more
You can kinda tell the superpower from TWC was a test for SRIV's direction. It was the only DLC that had the most effort put into it after all.
You can kinda tell the superpower from TWC was a test for SRIV's direction. It was the only DLC that had the most effort put into it after all.
It had some pretty intense music, too
