I don't know that much about The Specialists in all honestly so i don't really know what you mean by "ruined The Specialists". What was so different about 3.0 that was such a game changer that people hated?
I don't remember anything that made me dislike 3.0. I don't really remember that much different at all when 3.0 came out, but that was years ago so I don't remember much at all.

Revolvers at least.[/quote] In my experience these kinds of offsets don't help much. Players will good aim will still tear everyone else up. Water finds its own level and players always find the fastest way to a kill, and high lethality weapons are usually that regardless of the drawbacks. you didn't ruin TS. That said, TS is my favorite FPS of all time, having hundreds of hours in it. I play this game because people are actually in the servers, but here are things I'd like to see: -Less health for players, since it feels like everyone is a bullet sponge, negating the face reflex-game-play feel -More weapons in the future. I just love the variety of weapons in TS, and it keeps the game from getting boring. It's also fun to add attachments and all that jazz -More movement options. Double jump flips ect All that aside, what i DO like are the little min-games inside each match, and the whole style points system. This really improves the fun. The maps are also excellent, and all the player models and graphics in general are great. Sounds are great too If I would want you to take anything from this, is that TS just feels "tighter" I don't know if it's just the engine/netcode/hitreg. But I honestly think it has to do with the damage/player health. It's frustrating diving with the dual pistols and not being able to kill effectively before having to reload. It seems more realistic with weapon damage, which I think takes a little away from the action charm. in TS you could compete with pistols when other people had rifles, because you would have more movement options and still do great damage If I'm wrong about anything, sorry, I've only played the game for a few hours and it's great fun so those are only my first impressions

The dual Sentinels typically kill someone with just one full mag. Also the Persuader (whatever the shotgun is called) kills almost anything in one shot at a good range.
As long as the game is more like a John Woo movie and not The Matrix, i think we will be fine. I know Snipers wouldnt exactly be a good fit for a game so quick like Double Action, but... can we get more rooftop maps or maybe a map that takes place on a street with cars driving pass. and maybe another map where we're fighting on like, moving trains or busses? Also we should get bonus points for diving through glass because that's cool and stupid :v:

Anyway, in response to what you said, it's interesting because most people say the opposite, that the damage in the game is very high. But thanks for the feedback, I'll factor it into my thinking. Other than that I think we want to see the same things added - more weapons, more movement options.
Awesome! It seems like a game I'd definitely switch over from TS to play once it's a bit more developed. Also, free-semi was a glorious fire mode.

I remember AngelShare or whatever He could clear a server of players, but he really wasn't that bad. You have to learn how to fight boosters with longer range weapons such as the m16 on semi auto. If you're good at aiming you can kill them before they reach you.

This game is the perfect drinking game. You die, you drink. You get a kill, whoever is watching drinks. 3 lives then you rotate to the next person watching. It gets you fucked pretty fast considering the average life expectancy is probably about 15 seconds.
Vindicator + marksman = extremely OP on the mall map. I ended up being the first on the scoreboard with 4 times more points then my closest competitor. The game is pretty fun and addictive.
lol 14 hours so far these chumps struggle to beat me on gt230, dell mouse setup and high graph settings this is way easier than the specialists

anything but persuader, really all you have to do is leech of enemy health for style points and then finish it off with a dive/slide punch (use also alot for kill stealing hehe) for a big point combo bonus if you know what you're doing the athlete/bouncer class can also take you straight to the top quickly
