From what I've seen, monsters always have some sort of naturally produced chemicals that make you feel good when you're being digested. It's still pretty fucking morbid though.

I'm not surprised. You can tell all the monsters seem like they were designed with evolution in mind, and all the H scenes go on a ridiculously detailed, long time. I've only actually read a couple all the way through. I end up getting bored and loading my last save to try again.
