I'm hearing a lot of words like "sick", "disgusting", and "wrong", but I'm not hearing any actual reasons for why it's so awful. I think it's a pretty damn good game, myself. If you can explain to me why it's so terrible and how the game would be better if the enemies were generic trolls and goblins, I'd be happy to listen.

I'm just going to start out by saying I fapped to the first one and will probably do the same to the second once the translation patch is out.
With that out of the way, I need to correct you. This game is not brilliant. Its just fetish material. Its really popular on /a/, /v/, and /d/ (Which you probably got this game from), because it appeals to a wide variety of fetishes. But that's all there is. If you want to call this a brilliant game, at least the gameplay elements should be fun. As it stands right now, gameplay is just a short combo of moves to be able to defeat an enemy and move on. And anyone who would play this game WANTS to lose, as that is where the content it. So its not really a game, just fetish fuel. Don't try to paint it any other way.
To be fair though, I have completed the first one and the story+ humour is very nice, though most of the girls were "holy shit get me out of here" rather then making me want to fap.
Somedays i will wonder why some people dislike anime, Then i will remember this.

The thing is that the game wouldn't be better, but that doesn't mean it's not bad. It's just that this game is taboo. I don't think the game is my cup of tea, and liking it is fine, but you should have expected this reaction. I don't understand why you want to know a reason for why the game is bad when your not even reaching out to the right demographic. Try a different website.

Also, I'm not trying to tell you that you are not having fun, as everyone's definition of fun is very subjective. However, I was referring to the game play elements as not being very "fun" in the sense that it is the most basic of RPG controls, and that it brings nothing new or particularly exciting to the game.

I wanted to see what it was all about. So I tried it. I could be playing Skyward Sword right now, but I feel like I'd rather continue playing Monster Girl Quest. Just because you don't like this game, or this game genre, or whatever, doesn't mean other people cannot. People are different.

Yeah, Bayonetta was intended to be sexual. It even had an option to play with one hand. I played that game without masturbating though. It's a simple concept.
Also, if this game is not intended to be used as anything but a masturbation tool, why not just make the whole game H scenes? Why even make it a game? A good point. I would make the argument that those items are included to try to keep the user interested and to find this piece of erotica somewhat unique.
I'd like to step back and thank you for debating this topic with me instead of taking more immature routes as these topics seem to do.

So what I get from this, it's a game that is primarily a hentai game with a variety of fetish fuel, with a decent/sub par story with good humor, which is surprising from a porn game. Whatever, not my cup of tea anyway.
