Five Nights at Freddy's. The indie horror game where animatronics from a pizzaria try to murder you

looking at all the files, there's no real sense to what the building should be in relation to other parts, scenes are visibly different models and the layout overall is kind of garbled.
I decided to just spend a little time rearranging things to match up how a normal restaurant would probably be arranged/scaled, without messing too much with room scales themselves (aside from the kitchen, those are huge)

if you want any scale, I'd say work off of the fact the security room is roughly 7x13 feet. In this image (based on my rough measurement earlier) 3 pixels = 1 foot, though I still didn't care much for wall density.
on the note of rearranging, it would make SO much more sense if the repair/storage room was in that empty hole between security/the hallways, though if it's also a control/monitoring room for stuff, it could make sense to put it right up next to both stages. As another note, there'd likely be curtains draped on either side of the main stage, to block out light from the windows/entrance when doing shows

Holy shit did i take a time portal back to 1987
I know someone already brought up the happy meal mascot but holy shit I went to mcdonalds and:

After seeing that thing staring down Barbie like he's ready to feast, I think I'd rather give Freddy a big 'ol hug
I went to McDonalds the other day and I was surprised to see that creepy mascot on the paper when they give you a tray. I didn't think they'd actually use it.

I wonder if kids realize how creepy Happy is, or if it's like the kids that seemingly don't give a fuck for Freddy and the gang being creepy (besides leaving slightly creepy drawings of them on the walls).
What page was the job application on again? I want to edit it from saying Mike Schmidt to it being a friend of mine's name.

I think the stage shouldn't protruding out the wall like that. On the map in game it seems it be in the wall.
My friend told me he'd never buy this game.

I feel so evil
You evil, I would rather play 3 hours of Bad Rats than trying to play this, just because I'm a pussy and don't wanna get "AOEOAOAOE"'ed by Foxy.
Anyone else expecting a bunch of people to start hating this game after a while for no real reason other than it's popular?
Oh, shit, things are still happening with this game since I went away. BigBugz beat it, Chris updated it, Steam released it, even Spike & Barley played it. Good to see that it's not dead yet.
Also, here's my Steam key from my Desura account, for anyone that wants it. Replace the ? with a number.

Happens to anything that gets popular, even worse with things that get popular fast
Anyone else expecting a bunch of people to start hating this game after a while for no real reason other than it's popular?
That's already begun in many places, sadly.
I think the stage shouldn't protruding out the wall like that. On the map in game it seems it be in the wall.
which is why I mentioned curtaining off either side of it, so it becomes a semi-separated room. I think the one thing the views don't portray well is how open the space is, at first glance it looks like the three main characters are stuffed into a broom closet and the dining room is an isolated space in the center of the building. Same for foxy, the stage is part of the same room viewing space for kids to experience while eating
though if I could swap things around a bit more, I think maintenance should be behind foxy and his stage is centered on the wall

upper left corner at the entrance would be the waiting seating, some memorabilia displays, and the host greeting podium. The far right corner could have more memorabilia on the walls and host the pizza buffet table so kids can run up and grab food as they go, and the table could be rolled out so it could be a staging area for kids to get photos with the mascots (when they were allowed to wander around)

Pretty certain that's already happening
which is a real shame
Anyone else expecting a bunch of people to start hating this game after a while for no real reason other than it's popular?
Pretty normal. Everything gets hate for any sort of reason.
Just move on and eat some healthy pizza that doesn't smell blood and mucus.
The worst part about the hate the game gets is that I have no way of counteracting it and saying why it's good. My mind draws a blank cause there's so many answers- do I talk about the lore? How the gameplay is different?
Maybe it's because I don't know exactly why the game is popular myself. All I know is that it's cool.
ONLY 120 DOLLARS FOR FIVE NIGHTS AND A HOUSE FULL OF KILLER ANIMATRONIC FURRIES PLUS 50 CENTS FOR OVERTIME ON THE 6TH NIGHT!
LETS GO!
The whole .50 + for the overtime is actually 120+120.50. Checks don't work well with just adding to them
He just wants his $20 (times 6)

eh...still its just one more day, and overtime its time and a half...
What if Bonnie or Chica gets to Doomguy!Mike, run up to him...
[sp]and when they try and lift him up, he's too heavy for them to carry. Cue robots getting their asses handed to them.[/sp]

His cause was just, his will was strong. And his pizza was very, very large.

Can someone please make a gif of the first animatron looking down, and glancing for a second at the camera? For best effect, the moment it looks down should look like a still picture.
Scott really needs to add a windowed mode and/or fix the cursor issues with dual screens. It's really annoying when you go for the right door button and you accidentally quit the window because there's no borders.
So, is this game actually good or is this just another over hyped meme bullshit like goat simulator?
So, is this game actually good or is this just another over hyped meme bullshit like goat simulator?
It's unique and actually in a working state, so it's nothing like goat simulator.
There was barely any hype before this came out to begin with; only thing I saw about it before it was released was a video of jim sterling mocking the greenlight trailer.
