Anything successful will be hated, especially when it's made by one guy. Scott by himself has pulled off what many indie devs fail to - he made something simple and short but at the same very effective, he also priced it fairly (not "gief me 15€ for my pretentious art game"). There's nothing out of ordinary here.

Guys, just to clarify, there is [b]NO[/b] possible way to unlock the kitchen. There are no pictures for the kitchen in the game files, hence "unlocking" it is impossible

any kitchen speculation should be under the pretense that it's either a joke about how characters would react to goofy situations, or if it's speculated that there'd be a legit occurrence, it'd have to be snuck in through an update

I figured out the format the game stores resources in and extracted them with a program I wrote.

I was looking through the game's files that Perl posted above me, and I found something odd. I'm not sure if it's been posted before or if it's just a bug or something, but here's two pictures of Foxy running down the hall when he's just about to reach your room: (I would've posted these pictures directly but for some reason Facepunch hates me and doesn't want to.)

In the first picture, there's only Foxy running down the hall, but in the second, some of the stars are obscured and there is a large shadow across the right wall. What is this? Is it Freddy making his way to the office?

it's because his head is obscuring the point light that's illuminating the hallway. It's a faked light that's hovering probably at nose-height for him in the middle of the space

That's just Foxy's head obscuring the stars, and the shadow is Foxy too.
