Him playing it only proves how it isn't "pewdiebait"- that kind of game entails really easy and/or nonexistent mechanics (Say, walking around a forest collecting pages) with a foe that jumpscares you with little warning and no way of fighting back. Not only do you have to learn things to play FN@F correctly, you can see when the animatronics are gonna strike and prevent them from defeating you. Yes, there are jumpscares in both, but in FN@F it's only a failurestate (admittedly one that doesn't really fit and many fans of the game think should be changed).

Oh no pewdiepie played it!! So what? If he played it then good for him I guess, but you guys do know the game isn't going to go downhill because of pewdiepie right? He is just the same as another other youtuber, nothing will happen except for a bit more purchases and videos.

Convinced a friend to play the Demo. He died to foxy on the first day and said "Oh, fuck pirate cove man." in the most calm voice.

If anything, Pewdiepie playing a game is going to net the developer a crapload of cash when his followers buy the game to play it for themselves.

Tried playing again, lasted until 3 AM, then within the span of 5 seconds Freddy was staring at me in the show stage, Chika was in the dining room, and Bonnie just disappeared. And foxy was staring at me through pirates cove
