• Five Nights at Freddy's. The indie horror game where animatronics from a pizzaria try to murder you

when i was playing fn@f i kept seeing bonnie somewhere and him being able to shutoff cameras is the most unsettling ability, among the 4 animatronics i always thought that the kitchen camera was disabled because it was the pizza place owner who had hidden the 5 dead childrens bodies (you can see the story on the newspaper i think ) there himself
You shouldn't base your judgement on his intro. Watch the rest. If Jesse isn't a good LPer, than who is?
Yeah he's good at what he does, which is a standard albeit slightly more refined version of the standard "on-the-fly" LP format. If you want someone more formulaic, goes in-depth and does a fair bit of research, ChuggaaConroy's a good bet, though he's not one to do horror games (unless you count Luigi's Mansion though that's not exactly full-on horror). As for someone with many years of LP experience albeit more of a hobbyist approach, Helloween4545 does a lot of horror LPs, though his current LPs are Valkyria Chronicles and Drakengard 3, which aren't exactly horror games but they get kinda dark later on. Plenty of horror in his backlog, though, probably worth checking out. But to be fair, Jesse's not exactly suited to doing horror games, and Fan Friday is just checking out something that his fanbase is currently gripped by.

Is there like a small pile of dead children off in the corner near the trash can?
The first 15 seconds should give you some indication
Oh no! He hammed it up a little for 15 seconds! Oh gods please think of the children! Jesse is perhaps one of the better Lpers out there, and instantly thinking he's bad at what he does because of 15 seconds of mild shouting which is something he only does for Fan Fridays and for those few 15 seconds as an intro is quite frankly stupid. Honestly you shouldn't be judging a book by it's very short cover.
I hope in the sequel the fact that the animatronics have human eyes and teeth is a little more noticeable. Not immediately, but as is they just looks like fake eyes and teeth off the bat. Even if it's just a little blood around the base of them.
-snip-
I managed to do a bit more but so far it just seems to be repeating.
A cartoon on Cartoon Network with guns and bullets?
Cartoons these days are fucked up. Adventure Time takes place in the post apocalypse after a nuclear war.
The pizza place was closing down at the end of the year, so new robots in a place thats closing down in a few months would be really impractical
There is no date on that, though. The place could of actually been closed down years ago, with the animatronics carrying out their programming during the day despite no one there to watch anymore. The owners make it seem like the place is still open to hire people to distract the animatronics so they don't escape.
A cartoon on Cartoon Network with guns and bullets?
If I'm not mistaken, I think the writers of Regular Show found a loophole in which human characters in cartoons can't be shot because of violence reasons, but becuase they're anamatronic gangsters, they can go out guns a-blazin' because of the whole "no blood" thing.

"Yarr lad, I've seen things you wouldn't believe. Galleons ablaze off the coast a' Trinidad... I've watched naval cannons fire in the darkness on the ol' Spanish Main. All those adventures will be lost, in time, like tears in the sea... Time to rest me sea legs." Then his servos power down and he deactivates, leaving Decker to contemplate the rusted old machine that just whirred its last. And if I recall, it's also how they managed to get away with all sorts of violence and gore in the Powerpuff Girls, like that one scene in the Training Room where Buttercup beat the everloving crap out of a massive slime monster.
A cartoon on Cartoon Network with guns and bullets?
This wasn't the first time Regular Show had gun violence or characters getting severely wrecked.

CN speaking, you guys reminded me Katz's theme from Courage the Cowardly Dog. Boy it somehow fits the atmosphere of the game.
Use this: https://github.com/Y-Vladimir/SmartDeblur/downloads
I tried that, couldn't get that much out of it.
CN speaking, you guys reminded me Katz's theme from Courage the Cowardly Dog. Plus we could replace all the screams with the ones made by Courage.
Someone already figured out what the newspaper said a few dozen pages ago, it was that guy who said he was a brony. I guess that's why every other part of his post was ignored. [editline]a[/editline] I think it went something like "hey you're gonna get killed doing this job, you should try other jobs like window washer or grocery clerk, you can get killed doing those too but it's unlikely"
soon
All these years...and he still a boy

Speaking of which, why are the animatronics inconsistent in design, especially in the teeth and eye areas? Shame Danny isn't here for this one. Would be hilarious for Danny to see Freddy.
I glitched Foxy and I'm fucking proud.
Now you got me imagining it looking like one of these creepy fucking cymbal monkeys:
To be honest, I get the impression that that one scene in Toy Story 3 with a cymbal monkey watching cameras combined with childhood memories is what inspired FNAF. It really, really reminds me of that scene.
Sounds like the perfect Nintendo 64 game that Freddy's would offer at the prize counter. Right up there on the top shelf with stuff that no kid could ever earn in their lifetime.
Mike's reason for taking the job revealed: He just needs more money to spend on the arcade machines to earn that Freddy cartridge. He's been trying since he was a little kid and now he's only 5 tickets away.
