I had an idea regarding the sequel and all this talk about voice recordings: what if, instead of having the phone guy call in his recording to train you/give some backstory, there is a prerecorded "story" that plays for the kids, that you hit to listen to because you're bored in the office and don't know any better? It would be told in Freddy's voice, and have some cheery music while still providing you warnings about what could kill you. Something like: Gather round children for a cautionary tale, Of the pirate named Foxy and the S.S.Knot that set sail Foxy was always a bit of a pest If you don't watch him close he'll dash to your nest But don't watch him TOO closely or he'll get upset And drag you to his shop to swab the poop deck And maybe some of the recordings are deteriorated so play slower at parts, making them sound creepier or cutting out at certain parts, like describing what the animatronics will do to you when they catch you.

I see it more as a kid fucking around with foxy up to the moment Foxy gets tired of it, and just snaps his mouth shut, at first trapping half of the kid's head and then slowly crushing it as the pistons and metal dig through the kid's skull, who'd just scream on top of their lung for the entire duration (maybe that's where the animatronics got their screech from ?) and tear off parts of foxy's suit while trying to claw their head out of it. Eventually the jaws just snapped through and cut off the front of the kid's head, leaving them without a frontal lobe.

I have not heard the voice-clip yet, at school atm, but I will check it once I get home. (How long does the bite last in the voiceclip, if you can give me a quick answer?)

Got my sister to watch my brother play this game since she "likes scary games" although half the time she had her face buried i a pillow. Brother managed to beat three nights in a row by losing power at 5 am and having the clock tick over just before Freddy gets him. Lucky guy.

so can anybody explain why this 10 minute game has a huge following its literally a dude working security gig at some weird place with robots trying to semi-kill him or something i dunno yet dozens of you are trying to make it into something deeper which it probably sure as hell isnt, not to mention the ludicrous amounts of fucking fanart and porn already like what makes this game so special

Also because there's porn and/or fanart doesn't mean you have to look it up and it by no means ruins the game or its experience in any way.

I originally dismissed this game as another greenlight horror (and not as in the genre horror), especially because I was completely unphased by the trailer. But before you start hating on me, I've been reconsidering it because so many people seem genuinely excited about it, but I'm kinda on the fence about it; Is this game worth it? I'm really having trouble finding a good horror game that isn't just "lol jump scares and ~slendy~".
