Jesus, are the animatronics that big? And oddly enough, only now I realize the scary thing is not just the screaming, not the uncanny valley appearance; it's the robotic EMOTIONLESSNESS they show, and not in the traditional sense of no expression, but rather their set ones being their ONLY ONES.
It's also badass how Mike here looks like Captain Haddock.

Not that proper scale is the game's strong point, but yes, Foxy barely fits in the door frame:

Bonnie and Chica look smaller peeking in, and Bonnie looks a bit average out in the dining area, but in most other places, they almost can't fit through the door. So not only are they spooky, they're also pretty big.

Has anyone tried to write the plot in a way where it's basically Terminator but replaces John Connor with Mike and Skynet with animatronics?

Consider the fact that they're scene-animatronics, their main purpose is entertainment so they're more advanced than the small mouse you see in booths at chuck-e-cheese - plush they need to be more visible to more people.
So really they're not that "huge" or off-scale. :b

I got the game for 2 bucks at the humble bundle store. I have heard a lot of positive feedback about it, I gonna give it a try.

I've been doing a bit of digging around on the Showbiz Pizza Place website, and I noticed that there's a really old animatronic bear character called Friendly Freddy. Somehow, unmasked Friendly Freddy is more terrifying than Freddy Fazbear.

Try loading the office texture from the dump. The in-game office is curved like that.

Somewhat late, but there was atleast one guy on /fn@f/ who explicitly said he'd rather see genderbent versions of the actual animatronics and not the kind of furry crap most of the r36/63 tends to be.

the scream is a filtered [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hf6_hok4-lo]howie scream[/url] (you can really notice it when you listen to the whole thing) and the laugh is a slowed down girls laugh
Man if Scott voiced the security guard then I'd love to hear him do more voice acting. Perhaps in the sequel?

If there was a sequel I kinda hope he doesn't voice any new characters, would start to get a bit dull. I know he'd prefer to continue being a one-man team, but a voiceactor or two wouldn't hurt.
