Hang on there is something odd about Phone Guy, how does he know what is happening with the animatronics and knows that he can leave a message for the new guy if he is only staying around a week? Something is odd about him, and he tends to lie about a lot of things. The way he acted, he acted like he worked there for weeks, he never said he is on his first night, infact on Monday, how does he know what is going on? Unless he recorded it in bulk? Which can't be right since on Night 4 [sp]The Animatronic's are about to get him[/sp] Wouldn't we hear them on the other recordings? The recordings tend to go for about an in-game hour, so he can't of done it on one day, but somehow he knew more than us, more than we would of found out in a week. Actually, why didn't we make a phone call for the next guy? Since the Phone Guy mentioned that he needed to do the introductory message and talk about legal stuff. And if he was there for more than a week, how come he wasn't fired on Night 7? So far there is no combination that keeps you from getting fired, not even if you don't tweak it. [editline]12th September 2014[/editline] Yeah, and it wouldn't be a waste of time considering there is a story that we haven't found out, and that a good observer would be able to find it.
Phone guy NEVER tampered with the animatronics as you are only fired on day 7 for doing so what I'm saying is that he never made it thru day 4... hes ded
Phone guy NEVER tampered with the animatronics as you are only fired on day 7 for doing so
That is why I added "not even if you don't tweak it".
That is why I added "not even if you don't tweak it".
I only consider that on day 7 you decided to tamper with the bots, you had the choice not to and still get paid..but you choose to touch the bots and management say that's a big no no as they received a sexual harassment notice from the bots.
are you still fired even if you leave all the bots on default difficulty?
If Mike makes an appearance in the sequel, I want him to be voiced by Bruce Campbell.
are you still fired even if you leave all the bots on default difficulty?
Yes. That is what I said.
That might just be a game mechanics thing. There are no levels after the custom night, so being fired for touching the animatronics is just the game's explanation for why you can't play any further. It's plausible that phone guy never attempted to tamper with the animatronics, and maybe he even survived multiple weeks. I don't know what kind of devastating poverty would drive a guy to do THAT for weeks on end... Maybe the animatronics' AI "resets" after each week. So, on the Monday of the next week, their AI returns to the same level it's at on Day 1 in-game. This would explain why he was able to survive for so long. He mentions that this is his "last week" on the job, implying that there were other weeks before this one. Phone Guy is far from being a reliable narrator but I'm just working with what I've got. And in regards to the whole "even leaving AI levels the way they are gets me fired" thing, you could assume that once you see the AI custom setting screen, you're tampering with a control panel or something like that on the robots. Even if you left the AI levels the same, they'd probably be able to see that you accessed something that likely hasn't been touched in years.
bonus, mike is now the phone guy.
Mike calls your cellphone. "You're the new security guard, eh? HAHAHAHAHA." Then he hangs up. He'll call back on the other days to laugh at you some more.

Either way, just because Mike fucked with the animatronics doesn't mean Phone Guy did. Also he would obviously know what's going on on monday because he clearly said it was his last week. That means he has been working there before that week. It's also possible that he recorded them all during one night. If each recording takes an hour, then by his forth recording it's only 4 AM. There could have been a break between the third recording and the forth one to explain why you don't hear the animatronics until the forth one. You seem to be grasping at straws to find a problem with the progression of events for phone guy, when there really isn't one.

Bad-Dragon is now offering FNAF themed colors for their dildos:
I'm here to tell you there's nothing to worry about. Though the characters here do get a bit quirky at night - shoving things in places they don't fit is a habit of theirs. For a limited time we have the Night Shift color available on most of our toys! It's a marble of black, red, and a metallic endoskeleton silver. And remember to just relax. I'm sure you will be just fine. Sale Name: Five Nights at Bad Dragon
Not sure if it was posted yet, but Foxy was ported to L4D2: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=312670573&searchtext=

Scott has finally made it. Not only does he have fully voiced erotica, but now he's having Bad Dragon dildos.

The color pallete is called "Night Shift" and it's $5 extra with your sex toy :v:

You know, Freddy Fazbear's was gonna go under by the end of the year because of bad business practices and health issues involving the animatronics, among other things. But now there's the Grand Reopening. And the game was a smash success as an indie title, all things considered. What if we are directly responsible for Fazbear's large enough success to come back? That'd be a little meta. :v:

Because they're machines, they can't get infected!
It's offical. Scott has finally made it. Not only does he have fully voiced erotica, but now he's having Bad Dragon dildos.
I totally didn't get that email in my inbox either. Also, one dildo is about a weeks pay for Mike. :v:
My theory for FNAF2. Building is old and dilapidated, but being remodeled for a re-opening. One day they re-activate the animatronics for tweaking and repairs and such. The following night, one of the guys working on the remodeling goes into the security room to fix it up, and gets the electric in that room working. The cameras and such all turn back on. He looks at the screen, and notices that an animatronic is gone. Begin game.
What if they replaced all of them with new ones, and the old ones are rotting away in a basement but also come to life like the new ones? perhaps they corrupted the new animatronics too...
This is the most I've ever been excited for a sequel that I'm never going to play
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=313015338&requirelogin=true Amazing.
This is why I never browse the dupes.
