They are great people and use their status for charities and other things. Their recorded personalities feel forced, but that's for their target audience, which gets them popularity among that audience, which allows them to continue doing things and living their lives. Basically, it's their job to act like that, and they're successful for it. I don't necessarily like it, but it's not an excuse for me to hate them. Essentially, it's just their fanbase that's cancer.

I could be wrong though

God, if this game was accurate to the fan's perceptions of the characters, Chica would just be sitting in a fetal position through bouts of insanity, you'd constantly hear Freddy and Bonnie arguing about who's the scariest and Foxy... Foxy, well... he'd be the only one coming up to you, and his ""death""scene would be a whole lot different.
