We're not really sure, it was one of the screenshots on the trailer. It appears to be a new animatronic, made out of two heads/necks, a couple arms, no torso, and only a mask and bowtie for suit.
On the greenlight page? Yeah I posted it ages ago, it is Foxy. The new one.
and I hate the fanbase since they take everything that he says literal.
Oh lord, remember when he did the Pyro video, and then there were suddenly hundreds of people acting like the TF2 team themselves went "yup Pyro's a gay guy" because some schlub on the internet made a video

This fem foxy thing looks like it's hanging from the ceiling or something here. I just can't make out where it starts and when it ends. There's definitely more than one endo involved here since there's two heads in this mess of robotics.
Do we know who the Phone Guy is
I don't think we have a solid answer. His voice was given by Scott though :D My favorite theory is that he was stuffed into the Golden Freddy suit on night 4.
Hey, first post for me! The points MatPat brings up in this video are creepily followable and legitimate. I wouldn't go as far as to say that his final tie-together is the case for the story of FN@F, but the parallels of the real-life story to the game definitely may have been the effect of inspiration from the real-life story. Also, around 5:20 a message from Scott is shown, calling the animatronics "haunted." I've been keeping up with this thread for a while, never to see that message come up in discussion. Ghosts are lame spooks, although the quotation marks around the word "haunted" could mean there is more to it than that.
I like the idea of them being "haunted" in the digital sense; bits of code that have gone wrong and made some weird twisted semi-sentience. That's how I interpret scott's meaning anyway.

On one hand, malfunctions are entirely realistic and something that anyone that works with machinery may legitimately fear going wrong. On the other hand, malfunctions takes away any malice or personality behind the animatronics. They're merely doing what they're erroneously coded to do and that's that at a surface level. There's nothing beyond that unless you open up to the possibility that the person who coded them is a spiteful dickwad that made them intentionally hostile.
I do hope Scott reveals the story in the sequel. While hunting for stuff can be fun at first, never finding the right reasons means you never actually know the story. I enjoyed questioning the missing children but if that's never answered, I'd be really annoyed.

Their motives are just so completely unfathomable; they're just tiny errors in software that's supposed to entertain children, and through some twisted logic it causes them to behave as malicious, horrifying monsters. But personally I like think there's some sort of sentience going on there; nothing paranormal, but something that's gone haywire and started making them think and feel on some basic level.
Exept it is hanging from the ceiling. And, Yes. It does have two heads.
Can you guys not see that there aren't "two heads?" The endoskeleton head was separated from the mask (see: fucked up picture of Foxy getting shredded by kids). Just look at the eyes. They're both missing what the other has. So it's not two heads, but one split in half.
Dunno what Facepunch's opinion on Game Theory is, but a FNAF episode was just uploaded. (skip to about 2:07) [editline]a[/editline] How the hell do I embed? :v:
I actually kinda like the idea of it all being a nightmare. As a theory not solid fact. Like, the reason why night 6 and 7 happen is him thinking "oh these nightmares will go away" but they last longer than expected. Same with why the animatronics get harder each night, the nightmares get worse and worse. That and its actually fairly original and not just "the kids ghosts are haunting the animatronics" or "Mike being the victim of the bite of 87"
This is kind of off topic, but I found it particularly appropriate that the first time I saw the screencap of faceless Bonnie on camera, I misread the "Main Hall" label as "Main Hell'.
I like how the nature of the game has been completely changed with a bit of irony thrown in. Remember when the Phone Guy suggested a mask to disguise yourself? It actually may work and you'll wear it now, but your office has the two doors removed with 3 unblockable entrances in their place instead. It's probable that this time it's all about figuring out what animatronic's coming to see you and prepare accordingly. In other words, you cannot avoid their arrival, so you must brace for the right kind. It's like Aliens vs. Predators all over again with you stuck in the middle. I can't help but feel that the awful visibility of the mask is going to be a thing, meaning that you must not only observe if the original bots are gone from your room, you must take off the mask as soon as you know they're all gone or the new ones will get you. God help us.
That and its actually fairly original
I've found dream cop-outs (nightmare or not) to be the absolute fucking worst turn out ever since I was little and played Super Mario Bros 2. I've only skimmed around some of the video - those parallels he's drawing between animatronics and victims is really, really, really stretched. It sounds more like he got excited seeing a few parallels, and tried to force everything else into place. I mean seriously: "they make raspy breaths MUST BE PEOPLE CLINGING ON TO LIFE" - "the screams are CHILDREN" - "foxy hides in the back and is AGGRESSIVE the manager also hides in the back and I guess would also be AGGRESSIVE" - "IT'S ME must mean it IS YOU, THE PLAYER" - etc.

People in TF2 servers won't shut up about Pyro being a gay man.

And animatronics don't breathe, so what else would those sounds be?

One of the people killed was a girl. COINCEDENCE???" But overall as just a theory and nothing but a theory it actually kinda works. Not counting forced bullshit to pad the video out in length.

The masked part isn't missing anything.
i was under the assumption this was a generally accepted belief maybe not clinging onto life but its obvious that those raspy breaths are implying people are in the suits
Nothing more horrifying then implying somehow a dismembered soul is barely clinging to life as his remains mix in with artificial limbs while his bloody flesh form rots inside a metal body and forces them to murder people. It really gets to me because I hate tight close spaces
its missing an eye, the other stalk is also half an endo head; i think new foxy is a fucked up, completely busted endoskeleton that's completely twisted to shit, but still a singular endoskeleton
Only a suit eye. The endoskeleton on that side has an eye. It's a singular endoskele, yes, but still has two heads.
Does anyone have a good grasp on just what the new Foxy abomination is supposed to look like? I know it is a jumble of parts, but I can't tell how they are arranged based off of the pictures we've seen. How is it staying together if there is no torso?
