Personally I think it would be interesting if it turned out the phoneguy's consciousness was being manipulated by the animatronics, similar to Angel Bob in that one episode of Dr Who.
I mean he was stuffed into one of those things - from there on it doesn't seem too much of a stretch for them to hack into the phones and communicate through him. Heck, they may have been doing so in the first game.
Might be, we've no idea if it's just killer robots or if there's a genuine factor of supernatural gubbins.

That's how I feel about every horror game.
System Shock 2 looked like a dated shooter to me, but when I played it I was shaking long after I shut off the game.

I never really found system shock to be scary at all.
I like to think that whatever is happening at the restaurant is a combination of the paranormal and mechanical malfunctions. Golden Freddy and the hallucinations seem to me like they would be paranormal, while the robots moving around are because of errors in their programming. Although I could just be wrong and it either goes straight haunted or straight glitch.

Yes I believe so, but I think he said it was one or the other and not both.
I bet mike is a child and hes in a Babysitting place where all the big kids throw bears at him and hes scared so he watches scary bears on tv so hes even more scared, freddy fazbears doesnt actually exist.

How far did you get into it though ? The game gets so god damn creepy as it goes.
I wouldn't necessarily call it scary but it has one of the heaviest and most tense atmospheres in any video game, ever.

I really hope the animatronics are less predictable in FNAF2, It'd be fun if they could all come from any side instead of chica always being on one side, bonnie on the other, etc.

Here's something kinda pointless that I've notice. In the first trailer, Bonnie took off his face, revealing his animatronic skull. Kinda ironic due to his current appearance.

I noticed this when I was re-playing the demo today. There's a picture near the top of the wall, and most of it's cut off, but it's of a blue animatronic. Maybe it's a little foreshadowing?

i think thats just old bonnie, there is another drawing to the lower left with a blue bonnie, these are kids drawings as well so they arent gonna be on point with the actual colours of the animatronics.

If I am correct, it is Bonnie.
Also why would Scott foreshadow a new animatronic in a demo he released months ago? He didn't even plan for a sequel.
