Desolate Hope starts out fantastic, but gets rather difficult towards the middle. Still haven't been able to beat it. The gameplay itself is great. It's mainly a platformer, with a binding of isaac style minigame where you can earn upgrades, and a real-time pokemon style boss battle at the end of each chapter. Story is intriguing too. You're a videogame AI installed on a coffeepot that has to save the station's guardians within a certain amount of days. I don't remember much else, it's been nearly a year since I played it last. I may be comparing apples and oranges, but I daresay The Desolate Hope is better than Five Nights at Freddy's. FNAF is great, but TDH seems more captivating and fleshed-out.

I find TDH incredibly lacking in gameplay and polish, but it doesn't matter, because it makes up for it tenfold with design, story, detail, atmosphere and pure love that was obviously put into it. As an example: The platforming is maze like and monotonous, with huge swaths feeling like they were just copy and pasted, but the world's are so visually interesting and full of character that you enjoy exploring them. Also, the battle interface is a clunky mess, but it still manages to combine things like quick pacing, and clever move combos in a way that feels fun. Plus the soundtrack is fuckin' baller

It's not like there is Bonnie's face on one of them... It would be pretty terrifying actually.

The real question here is who would actualy buy a FNaF themed dildo in the first place?

AFAIK he didn't object to furry web sites hosting porn giving the game free advertising space, so he probably just decided to roll with it and turn a blind eye. If companies with bottomless pockets that actually care about a family-friendly image like Disney, Hasbro and Nintendo can't stop people making porn of their characters, what's one guy going to do?
