I used the fuzzy select tool instead of the color picker again on a 3rd try and got kinda close to what you had. I'm assuming this is an in-game screen shot of when the player stops playing and nopes. Also, does anyone else think that the deleted background of the picture looks like a close up of new Foxy? Might Scott also be hinting that Foxy will be moving from camera to camera? Lastly, there is a bit of text beside "Corner", although it is hard to see against the empty color. It says, "Prize Corner." lol

Once you look at it for a while you realize that it isn't really a puppet. It looks like it's just a mask on a string. The body seems to be all shadow for some odd reason. Maybe there really is something paranormal going on?

So I'm guessing that's the Jack Skellington puppet-looking motherfucker in the children's drawings on the walls?

I mean, it's no accident they didn't show off Foxy, and that worked really well at throwing a lot of people off, I doubt Scott would show off the worst of the game like that.

hmmm looking at the mask again, its only the top half of the whole face, also now a new area so now Cam 11 is designated the Prize area...still what bugs me is the whole warning symbol thats there. From without brightening up anything its pitch black...it feels that SOMETHING ELSE is in that area other than just that horrible thing.

Think about it, the only time you see the !!! is when the old Freddy and then the old Foxy are being active/aggressive.

Given the name of the camera, and the fact that all of the drawings of the character show it coming out of a box or handing over presents, I'm betting the in-universe explanation is a ticket-redemption counter with an animatronic that hands out the prizes. Most arcades and CEC restaurants have more ticket games than actual video games these days, and I imagine the new Freddy's is no different.
