Finally managed to read the newspaper article. In case peeps are unaware, appears at end of Night 6. Freddy's is closing due to malfunctioning and complaints but the manager has hopes of building a new building on a lower budget. This is setting the story up for the 1st game then as it mentions reopening. Considering this game is called 'Grand Re-Opening', Freddy's is unable to stay closed down or stay open, therefore is being opened all over ( let's just assume the US ), meaning it would have branches. Brrrr.

like, some of the evidence pointing towards it being a prequel, besides the paycheck, could be evidence for it being a sequel, like how phone guy says "They even walk around during the day!" i interpited that as him being excited that the new ones can walk around again after the old ones stopped doing it

I think its plausible that Fritz Smith has some sort of criminal record and the new bots attacked him. Or one way or another he ended up breaking them. I think he fits the "past employee who murdered the kids while wearing a mascot suit" description best out of everyone we currently know of. I mean if I got fired after my first day i'd be pretty pissed[/sp]

the phone guys don't just sound the same though, they speak the same way. they're both kinda coy with you about the animatronics and the restaraunt but at the same time atleast sound encouraging and glad you don't die

Do people still not take night 7 as canon from the original FN@F?

There's a higher chance that Scott was going to use it in the game but didn't, and just left it in there anyway.[/sp]

Guys. [sp]One of the paper plate characters on the wall moves. It fucking moves. There's a "wipe" image of the thing, a lot like the one where Bonnie slides across the screen, and there's an image of the party room where there are only 2 paper plate characters on the wall. [/sp] What the fuuuuuck. Maybe it's a trigger similar to the changing freddy posters in the first game.

Maybe it's a trigger similar to the changing freddy posters in the first game.[/QUOTE] [sp]I noticed that too, I also noticed that the paper plate to disappear looks a lot like BB, so maybe he takes it or something on the way to the office, as a sign that he's been there basically warning you to be careful because there isn't a render of BB outside the vent, ready to get in, so it might be his version of it.[/sp]
