Five Nights at Freddy's. The indie horror game where animatronics from a pizzaria try to murder you - Games

Honest question don't yell at my uninformed ass is Five Nights 2 actually [I]finished [/I] or is it Early Access kinda dealio where maybe he's gonna update things and change it? Cause I've heard even though it's cool it's lacking polish in a few places. I'll probably get it soon enough (It's only 10$. I'm not that fucking poor.) but I just wanna be sure.

I think the theory that the animatronics are trying to protect the kids is true. [img]http://i.imgur.com/M5fz8KC.png[/img] It's like she loves the drawing paper plate thing the kid did because she is mimicking it. Which is why I think it kinda backs it up.

I don't blame him at all for cashing in #2 so quick. I do think the wait should've been a bit longer, the fandom would survive but I unno

I kinda wonder now, who voiced Ballon Boy? Is it a royalty free sound effect like the childrens laughter or did scott get one of his kids to do the voice?

Probably royalty free, if I remember correctly I think he used a few royalty free children sounds in the first one as well.

Scott put in a bit of animation for the jumpscares, but they are really just a few frames of an animatronic moving layered over the screen. If he were to have given all the animatronics full cycles for each camera/office setting with pictures, he would increase the game's file size and work load drastically. If he were to have given them all full cycles with models and the environment, rendered during play, Clickteam Fusion wouldn't work with it at all (I think) and Scott would have to use another game driver to build the game upon, making FNAF#2 a lot more expensive and amassing in size. I like the weeping-angel kind of movement. It adds to their glitchy nature. In FNAF#1, the animatronics did start to flash glitchy screens rapidly during later nights, simulating the spooks as well as glitchy movement. I'm not sure why Scott didn't add that same kind of thing in #2. I would think the reason is that the Atari minigames probably took up a lot of space. My guess is that this symbolizes the cameras being offline at the Pizzeria. The Pizzeria from FNAF#1 will open up soon. But since we are working backwards, it also symbolizes the opening of Freddy's Family Diner... If he does take that route for a #3, I expect to see some innovative, new gameplay mechanics.

Common knowledge or does it need confirmation?
