Actually, you are able to.

Because of Creative Commons, you are allowed to file such things. This is, technically, original property of yours and you have full rights of how you allow people to distribute. While Scott did design the original Chica, he has not made any complaints over the models and has left full allowance of distributing the design for non-profit reasons.

You are the same way. You have taken upon that Scott's allowed the Creative Commons to not restrict you, and since the model is your property and not Scott's (if it were Scott's original model, this would be a totally different story) you can file such things because you have full right of how the model is distributed.

i'm pretty sure you can. while your models are based off of characters that are owned by Scott, you created them using the originals only as a reference. this guy just took your models, decompiled them, and changed them. and at first didn't even credit you.

Yes! I beat Night 6 on FNAF2! At one point I thought I had beat Night 6 but I had accidentally played Night 5 again. Got 2 stars on both games now. Now for 4/20...

Easiest way to check for any changes like that would be for Perl to extract the textures from the updated .exe and look for anything different between the last version and this version.
