Like, you just have it so that the animatronics still follow the same "won't move if you see me" rule until Night 2, when you see one suddenly decide to walk up to the camera and shut it off.

I think I would legit close the game and uninstall it if I ever saw an animatronic do that without prior knowledge.

Either the animatronics managed to escape, or Mike is experiencing one of the many traumatizing nightmares from his experience at the place. I was originally going to edit in a dark highway in the background or something to make it clear that the screenshot is taking place outside, but I couldn't find a good way to get the green screens to work.
imagine a 5NAF its not at a fazbear but at a warehouse where they store the old animatronics which the animatronics are known to sometimes wander around sometimes.
the security guard idea still works as someone gotta make sure someone isnt stealing or sneaking in that warehouse.

Well all but three. Endoskeleton is still white. It shouldn't be. And Bonnie's patches shouldn't be white, but a different shade of purple. And Chica's bib should have a pattern.

Not as good as his other ones. Would have been better if the second half was the sound of bones being ground and crushed as Jeremy is shoved into the suit, and all we can see is the ceiling until a Freddy mask comes down and makes his skull pop as Freddy forces it onto his head.

the others only have endoskeletons because they're all generally the same shape and thus interchangeable, it makes sense that balloon boy is purpose-built as a single unit

Somehow he crawls through the vents to your room, he might not have an endoskeleton but he has to have arm joints driven by some kind of power- servos, pistons or otherwise. I also wonder how he drags his bigass sign through the vent into your office. When you find him in the vent it's not in either of his hands. Any guesses where he shoves it? :D
