Either I'm really tired, I'm missing something, or I just don't get it.
I wanna see Bruce Campbell as the next Security Guard if they ever change the voice on the phone.

"welcome to dark souls"
Boggles the mind how the employer won't even bother giving the poor sod taking the job a weapon or something. That would be the FIRST problem with the setting among a handful.
But in spite of that, it works because those problems are not explained, for better or worse, as psychological horror feeds on the player's imagination and has the player do his best to think of excuses for all the things that are poorly (optionally read: not) explained, until, and if, they are eventually explained. Which they aren't. WHhther its a good way to build tension or a lame excuse to an unfair death when you fuck up is up to people to decide for themselves.
you know ive never seen people jump so quickly to calling a shit plot a feature
Well, someone at the /vg/ mentioned something.
[sp]The whole "IT'S ME" thing? Someone noticed the guy on the phone had a habit of saying 'it's me'.[/sp]
Absolutely False.
This one can be debunked because the Transcript has not a single bit of dialogue of It's Me.
I don't really know how you guys managed to get that out there.

So my brain has a habit of dreaming about the things I watch right before I go to bed. So of course I watch a lot of this game played by various people before falling unconscious on my bed. I dreamt I was the security guy, sitting there, flicking on the lights, checking cameras...and absolutely nothing happened. Just sat there the whole night, watching the cameras, but the animatronics never showed up...not even where they were supposed to be stored.
Wayyyy more creepier than I imagined.

There's one missing, but "5 Knights at Freddies" would be a good one.

God, i wanna see that turn into a mod, like the suicide bomber thing.

There actually is five. You can just barely make out the face shield of the last one around the corner of the door frame.

That's pretty basic human nature right there so not really an exclusive thing
I was gonna watch videos of this, but since it has 1 of the 2 things that creep me out the most, its better if I don't.

I was thinking something related to nobody expecting the Spanish Inquisition but yours is much more obvious.
I used to have a toy piano as a kid, and it came with several pre-recorded songs.
One of them was the jingle that Freddy plays when you're out of power. No wonder it sounded familiar.

At least you were able to fall asleep. I only got in one hour of sleep because of the awkward noises going on in the dead of night.
Does anyone else get reminded of the game Knock-Knock when looking at this? They do things quite differently but I still consider them closer together than other horror games, mainly because of the shared focus on tension and running down the clock.

You know, that's actually a totally legit theory of how the bite of 87 happened right there. More likely than my original idea anyway.
that doesn't seem like frontal lobe to me, more like complete brain obliteration
that doesn't seem like frontal lobe to me, more like complete brain obliteration
If only the front jaw has any movement then most of the damage would be there. Though normally the lower jaw is the one that moves but this game dislikes conventional logic.

Specifically chapter 39. Nsfw obviously.
i already listed the plotholes, and gave a at least one suggestion on how to very easily fix one of the biggest ones without changing the gameplay at all
why are you so defensive? did you make this game?
