Five Nights at Freddy's. The indie horror game where animatronics from a pizzaria try to murder you
So I wanna see an LP of this game as I tend to do before making purchasing decisions. Which LP is the least irritating?
I liked JackSepticEye's play of it. His Irish accent and energy are enjoyable to see.
I want New Animatronics, the old ones may live in the hearts of children but i want new ones as well.

On a different note:
How is he going to tie in a sequel? Freddy's is closing, after all. Unless its not gonna be a direct sequel.
as i said earlier:
a fake disney world would be perfect
Raedwulf isn't too bad, at least he doesn't play up his scares or whatever to bring in viewers.
Honestly though the game is best enjoyed without seeing it beforehand, certain elements are much scarier when they're a surprise and not something you're just waiting to have happen to you.
You could also look at the demo instead, not an LP but it's two nights for free, gives you a firsthand experience of it.
I never did go to Chuck E. Cheese's that much, but the clearest memory I had was heading over to some arcade games to check them out, then coming back to see Chuck dancing with some kids. I tried to squeeze past the Chuckster but he ended up roughly slamming my head into the ATM next to me. Gave me a real bad headache.
But at least I still have my frontal lobe.

Your Chuck E Cheese is haunted.
So what's the deal with the yellow Freddy?
If there's a sequel, here's some things I'd like to see:
- Less video-gamey HUD. Instead of text on the screen indicating time and power, have objects in the room displaying that info, like a clock and a dial that shows power levels. As for the cameras, have a static monitor in front of the player that they have to look down at to use.
- No music cues when the player sees a bot in a doorway. I think that just seeing it there is enough, and the lack of any cue at all is far scarier.
- The sudden "jump scare" deaths are fine, but the screeching is just obnoxious. Almost anything else would be better and less... cheap. A distorted version of one of their audio cues, mechanical breathing, and even nothing at all. (Someone in the thread mentioned this earlier)
- More movement. These things are probably over a hundred pounds, so you're likely see evidence of movement, like jerking to a stop when switching to the particular camera they're in view of. (Someone also mentioned this earlier)
I get that one guy made all this, so these aren't 100% must-haves, but rather additions I feel would add to an almost perfect formula.

Radical Freddy is largely a mystery. It's speculated that it's the suit you're going to shoved into, or that it's possessed by the 5th kid who got killed. In reality, it's just a random event to scare the player further and make them not feel safe, since he can appear when both doors are closed.

not to mention if you do see him, you have the chance to save yourself by simply going back to the camera and looking at something else
I want the "animatronics possessed by children ghosts" to remain theory because this game is doofy enough as it is, I don't want it to also be horribly uninspired.

Omae Wa Mou EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
You know if you look throughout the game, the number five occurs a lot, I mean five mascots, five days (without the bonus days), five dead children according to the newspapers.
I'm betting if there IS some kind of hidden content we still have not discovered, it will involve fives.

It's not entirely random, as you need to specifically look at a certain poster and trigger the RNG that causes it to change before Yellow/Golden/Radical Freddy ends up in the room with you. But then the RNG is so fickle with this game; random scenes, Foxy and/or Golden Freddy appearing potentially on the first night alone, Bonnie apparently being able to teleport across the pizzeria, etc.
There's a silly rumor going around about a fifth (if you don't count yellow Freddy, sixth if you do!) dog animatronic. Of course no screenshots of him whatsoever except some empty talk.

Apparently he looks like this according to someone who's 'seen' him??

I just wanted to see if anyone else heard about this. I don't believe it yet myself because of the no evidence on him. :v: EDIT: I forgot to mention that where he's claimed to be seen is in the storage room with all the empty heads and suits of the other guys.
Hell, you can set one of the AIs to 0 on the seventh night and the RNG may randomly decide to make them come out and get you anyway, like how that one inkcoder guy or whatever testing the AIs and getting killed by a 0 AI Foxy.
FN@F manages to do a good job at a tricky but incredibly effective horror technique: leaving as much information out as possible. The ambiguity and utter incomprehensibility of it all is what creates the horror, through uncertainty and tension and the power of the imagination when it's robbed of an easy explanation.
The dev would really do his own work a disservice if he just wrote out the canon backstory in a to-the-point summary, because it would take all of the unknown elements away.
This does make for a challenge for FN@F2, because there needs to be continuity without spoiling the original (unless he decides he just doesn't care, Steve Jobs-style) and also setting up the minimum amount necessary to effectively deliver a sequel.

Someone mentioned people talking about this dog earlier, also don't you mean sixth robot?

It's a small world, after all
The wiki says that foxy is a girl.

I don't see how it could be a problem for 2- keep the reasons why they move around vague, put it in a new location, and make stories about the place itself rather than elaborating on the stories in this one. That's how I see the sequel happening, at least.

How can you tell, though?
How can you tell, though?
The furry artists are gonna find out.
[sp]Not like they needed a gender- they've been doing both just fine on their own.[/sp]
The wiki says that foxy is a girl.
Robots don't have genders
they're metal.
How can you tell, though?
you can't. the only way you'd be able to tell is by the gender of the name.
The wiki says that foxy is a girl.
That been a constant battle, of people changing it between girl and guy. Some people prefer using he, cause the phone guy use male nouns towards foxy, but people are looking at foxy's name making it a female.
I'm in the party of "foxy is a damn pirate, they can do whatever they want, cause they be a pirate"
Robots don't have genders

but but but
[sp]what about the children inside[/sp]

Ah. Someone fixed that comic from earlier. Good.
The wiki says that foxy is a girl.
I've seen the wiki use both he and she to refer to foxy.
