We're on the 69th page. Heh. 69. Get it? Cus, humm. All those jokes about rule 34 and such. ... I'll see myself out.
This game just scares me in general just by watching videos of it. The tension of it all, knowing that at some point you're likely to be eaten by a creepy robot, but never truly knowing when until Foxy runs down the corridor and peeks in to make a treasure chest with your skeleton.
To be honest what really got me with Foxy is I was watching Michael and Gavin from AH play it, and they got killed by Foxy. That scream, looking like that with those graphics out of nowhere freaked the shit outta me. Light was on all night :v:
Foxy is the least scary for me, he's predictable when you remember to keep an eye on him and doesn't look as disturbing as Chica for instance.
That theory also doesn't make any sense. Why would the innocent ghost children haunt the animatronics and kill people?
Maybe they think the night guard is like the killer or the killer himself so they constantly try to get revenge. Would make sense that they're pissed at adults that creep around the place after hours considering they got murdered by one.

It's kinda frustrating, where you KNOW there's no danger but the ape in your head is constantly yelling and doesn't feel safe until I've made completely sure that you're safe.

I hurried to and from the bathroom to ease my mind from going "DUDE WHAT IF HE'S RIGHT THERE". Same thing happened with the Servant Grunt when I played Amnesia only I think I feared Foxy more Just that fuckin face I wasn't expecting and being in the dark for two nights was apparently too much for me

I got used to walking around in the complete dark and I'm no longer scared by it because I do it so much. Although it's fucking heart-stopping levels of scary when someone actually emerges from the dark living room to go take a piss or something.
Ive got a corridor/hallway from my box room, leads to the stairs in a straight shot, no way of escape if freddy turns up. luckily my dads room is next to the stairs, so at least ill be second.
Personally I'm not too afraid of what is in the dark, since I usually have good night vision and if I see a threat I'd have more time to react, maybe even lunge at it with biting and scratching and adrenaline-fuelled shrieking. However I don't have good wooden door vision or back-of-my-skull vision, which I am sure I am not alone in, therefore I'm more afraid of what I can't see due to something in front of me or my fixed eye placement meaning I can't look behind me as easily. Murky water is also a big fear factor for me, primarily because you can't see too well through anything cloudy. It used to be just "I don't want to get pinched by a crab or lobster", but with deeper waters I always feared something huge looming out of the murky depths and devouring me. I guess I have Half-Life's Icthyosaur levels to thank for that deep-seated fear.
Obviously a lot of people have been spooked by this game, myself included, but would any of you go as far as saying this is the scariest game you've come across? Mostly out of curiosity. I've always been a chicken of the dark, but now after this game I can't even look at a dark room/hallway without feeling like I'll be pounced. So for me, yes. This is the scariest and I haven't even played nor do I plan to.
The scariest horror game I've ever played is probably Luigi's Mansion. I've spent months playing Half-Life 2 on and off because I'm at Ravenholm and the zombies scare the pants off me. I like reading about horror but not watching it so much (The Thing and Alien are the only horror movies I've seen) so although this game is fascinating to read about there's no way I'm playing it.

Open water scares me too, I remember in The Magic School Bus Explores the Ocean there was a 'deep ocean' level that was just big, empty, bottomless ocean that creeped me out.
Hang on a moment. You only ever see Foxy move, right? But Foxy's broken. What if the only reason you can see him move is because he's actually the slowest?
You know, I think part of the reason dying in this game unnerves me is because of the implications. Sure, we get that they stuff you in the suit and all that's left are the eyes and teeth, but the creator could've easily made the result gory as hell. Instead, all you get is a sight of the Fazzbear suit with the eyes still on the optic nerve and the teeth within the mouth. There's plenty of openings in the suit for flesh or something, but instead it's just a clean endoskeleton, and the teeth inside the mouths of the mascots are properly placed and everything. Either the staff attend to the animatronics and clean the mess out without any care, or Freddy and the gang aren't just 'stuffing you' inside the suit, they're intricately putting you in and getting rid of the excess themselves. Which might explain why the kitchen's locked down in terms of camera feed, and it doesn't help that you hear Chica eating in there...
I know that feel, more recently it cropped up in Serious Sam HD, namely the Second Encounter, where at the start of Palenque there's a massive water-hole behind you where you can swim down and get an early rocket launcher. And of course it had to be very deep and you couldn't properly see the bottom, and even though I went down far enough to grab the gun (not far down enough to see the bottom, mind), I swam back up as fast as possible for fear of potentially triggering some sort of massive fish monster. I still don't know what was at the bottom of that water-hole, and I don't think I need to.

Omegaladon scares the shit out of me more than foxy does
what happens? its late and im too much of a pansy to watch that vid.
If you put in 1987 in the bot difficulty select the Golden Freddy death happens and your game crashes.
what happens? its late and im too much of a pansy to watch that vid.
[sp] When you enter the difficulty on the AI to 1,9,8, and 7 and hit ready it makes the yellow freddy thing pop up and close the game. [/sp]
Maybe the bite was by Golden Freddy and they retired the costume and replaced it with the present one instead, keeping the old one in storage where it decides to manifest occasionally in your room or something, I dunno, I'm just thinking too much about it maybe :v:
[sp] When you enter the difficulty on the AI to 1,9,8, and 7 and hit ready it makes the yellow freddy thing pop up and close the game. [/sp]
so is it safe to assume that gold freddy was the biting incident then? itd make sense, goldy bites kid, discarded in damp area or in the dumpster, causing ageing to the gold colour and run down in general.

It makes sense for Foxy to have bitten the kid because otherwise there'd be no reason to shut it down.
gf: bae come over me: i cant im trying to stuff a guy in an animatronic suit gf: im home alone me:

Man, I wonder if that'd work well as a T-shirt? Even without it being animated you could pass it off as a kid's shirt. That said, wouldn't it be awesome if we had programmable shirts that could show a moving image? THAT would be quite amazing, albeit potentially exploitable.
There is, however it looks all messed up. also cups with images that move and are 3D.
But then why would the pirate cove be shut down? It makes sense for Foxy to have bitten the kid because otherwise there'd be no reason to shut it down.
Well the shots of the back room shows there is no spare parts for Foxy...so they could of shut Pirate cove (or at least his act area) down due to that. I mean they are closing at the end of the year, so they would rather keep him closed than buy parts to replace if the place gonna close (in a month or so since the check states november)
But then why would the pirate cove be shut down? It makes sense for Foxy to have bitten the kid because otherwise there'd be no reason to shut it down.
Oh yeah I forgot about that. Never mind then :v:
what the FUCK is Yellow Freddy? I'm trying to piece together the plot/backstory from the scraps of info, and I've a few theories, but Yellow Freddy doesn't make sense unless we assume Mike Schmidt is an unreliable narrator and going insane.
