I'm playing SP with (useless) bots, and a riot shield cop fucks us all up. Sometimes there are simply too many damn cops coming at you at once (3 riot shields, 2 tazers, and a bulldozer were in the same damn hallway)
Fuck this shit.

When it comes to assaults sometimes it pays to coordinate with your team and fall back to an easily defensible position. A little harder with obts and pubbies that don't communicate but you're a lot more likely to survive when they can't surround or overwhelm you.
Shields have become just a small nuisance for me, especially now that I have a fully upgraded GL40.
And funny enough, bulldozers go down with two grenades, despite being in EOD suits :v:
Playing with randoms got a whole lot harder recently. Due to that 75% off sale, I try to jump into a Hard match for bit more of a challenge, and I'm paired up with 3 people on Rep 0

I also went back and tried the AMCAR-4 again, that default rifle you have at the start of the game. When fully upgraded it chews through ammo like fuck, but it's range is insane. You can nail cops about 40 meters away in a single shot.
GL40 is fun too. Provided there's no civvies nearby, it's just plain fun. How the player just calmly tosses the empty shell out too supports how silly and fun it is
So I just preordered Payday 2, and now I'm super hyped!

I really hope that not seeing the crews eyes with the masks on isn't just a trailer thing. I really didn't like that you could see the crews eyes in the first game, the whole darkened eyehole thing gives them more of a true dark criminal appearance. In the first game, they all just looked so silly in-game, Dallas especially.

Well, about half of the masks in the first game would of been impossible to see through, due to eye-placement. (EG: Troll masks)

That actually sounds like a good idea.
