Either Yacht Mission/Underwater Base, or more likely you just read the coordinates off a CNC mill and interpreted them to be locational coordinates. Look closely.
Finally got a mask drop after getting a bunch of every other card. heres what i done with it :D And heres the worst round of cards from a recent 1star farming run WHY YOU DO THIS ;_;
They probably had to do them by hand since I doubt they cropped out that tiny screen from the image and put it on the model. Its a reference image, not an exact duplication.
They probably had to do them by hand since I doubt they cropped out that tiny screen from the image and put it on the model. OverKill did tell us to keep an eye on the safe-house, and it's obvious that there is a secret going on. They already hid some little comic doodles/photos of future missions in the files, including one that includes a yacht, and the coordinates I put in concluded one that is in the middle of the ocean (not very plausible), and one that concludes at the coast of Malaysia, which may be plausible, considering the fact that not every mission will take place in DC (not confirmed, but secrets state otherwise), and that a yacht mission will be included.
I'm pretty sure that the difficulty determines the grade of drops you are likely to get, and since Jewelry Store and Four Stores are low difficulty, and Electric Center is clearly a low grade drop, playing on those levels on just their basic or +1 difficulties results in a high chance of getting it. There are probably few if any low grade weapon mods, so its highly unlikely you'll them by farming those levels, and the game gives electric center almost as a default for when it can't find a weapon mod to give.

I think the cards are just RNG and electric center is a bug because it drops very often off a weapon mod card

And again, difficulty likely changes the grade level of drops, but is no garuntee. So doing a Normal Rats run put your right in the middle. The low grade stuff would still have a strong chance just like low grade loot in any other game with loot mechanics.
The files for the yacht all show it in port, not in the middle of the Indian ocean.
The map names that were ripped from the data files show that there are two separate missions, though. One is "Docks" and the other is "Yacht".
I scoured the whole safe house. In the mask room, there is an X, Y, and Z value. And they are coordinates off a CNC machine. What else is that supposed to mean? Why should I dismiss the whole idea because it's from a CNC machine? The overdrill secret was found because the guys who found it scoured every single map for a little detail. The way they found it is because they thought the opposite of how you did. How else did they find the right tiles to press? They found it from a carpet. "It's just a regular pattern on the carpet." The whole point of this is to speculate and come up with ideas. We are already aware that Overkill likes to go big with their secrets, and we are aware that they are including one in Payday 2. What do you need to be satisfied?
God damn listening to the soundtrack of the first game. My hype train for the soundtrack for Payday 2 is bigger than the train for the game!

We already have found a secret, the QR code on all the cardboard boxes. They all say "I Love Secrets".

We already have found a secret, the QR code on all the cardboard boxes. They all say "I Love Secrets".
It isn't where "everyone" can see. It's on a CNC machine, tucked in a corner. You have to convert it from Cartesian to Geodetic, and get the coordinates that make it easily search-able on a map application for someone who took the time to do that. I don't understand how calling something that takes effort to try to find, "dumb" and "obvious", but that blatant QR code that's on every box that's obviously scan-able is not obvious to you, and is considered a secret. It's more of an Easter Egg, because it doesn't lead to anything. Though, it does seem ridiculous to enter coordinates in a map, have it lead to the middle of the ocean, or have it lead to the coast of a foreign country, a secret, but there's some minor evidence that shows it can maybe be plausible.
Because blatantly pasting a very obvious QR code is a laughably bad attempt to hide something for an easter egg. Guys, are you forgetting that we're going to be able to expand the safehouse in the full game?
No. Which is more likely why they are saying to pay attention to the Safehouse. And you get my point. The QR Code was obvious. What was it? A joke about finding secrets. [editline]29th July 2013[/editline] Seriously, kwk, you're losing your mind because OHH GAWD LORDY MAYBE THEY HID IT ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE DETERGENT BOXES AND WHEN YOU TAKE THE CODE AND CROSS-REFERENCE IT WITH THESE SIX URLS AND THEN FACTOR IN THE RELEASE DATE OF HALF-LIFE 3 YOU GET THE CODE TO OPEN THE GATES OF HEAVEN WHERE THEY MASS PRODUCE ELECTRIC CENTERS! Christ, you're going fucking crazy and getting bent out of shape because I won't reinforce your paranoia.
It was already mentioned that upgrades to the safehouse was a feature the first time you play the game. Bain himself mentions it. I don't understand why Overkill would re-phrase something that's obvious as Upgrades. There's walls you can't put holes on, there's boxes that says "Extensions", and Bain says it every time you load up the map. It would be pointless for OverKill to say it in a way that seems secretive, when we've been told several times about it. If they wanted us to know such an obvious feature, they would say it. Edit:
Calm down, please. I don't understand how holding my ground in an argument suddenly makes me crazy. I think there's a secret, I back it up with details and information, and some opinions and speculation, and because I won't back down, I'm crazy. Did you forget that OverKill made a secret, that took quite a while to find, that involved you to be the highest level (at the time), playing the map on the hardest difficulty possible, making the wait time 2 fucking hours, and required you to pay attention to details of another map to find a secret pattern, and if you mess up that pattern, you had to start all over? I'm apparently crazy because I think OverKill is doing something else that will require effort in PayDay 2 to find. Alrighty, then. Also, don't get in a pissy fit for some pixels. I noticed you made that edit after I rated you Dumb, and throwing insults my way because you can't back up your argument of "Nope, not a secret cuz lol qr codes" is childish.

I haven't read much about Payday 2 but from what I've seen, it looks pretty rad. Does it warrant a purchase?
so yeah just got done doing another rats run, we had a level 9, and the rest of us were 21+'s with heavy armor I was using the AK for the two days, meth lab was kinda hard.. But I still can't get over how many cops just FLOOD the place They literally come in droves. Literally. They spawn, and they FLOOD themselves in. It's baffling. They all PHASE through objects. I've seen cops go through walls. I've seen them take 5 shotgun blasts, to the face, with the hitmarker showing, and it does fuck all. I don't understand it. At all. Nor did I understand a full magazine going into the side of a bulldozers head. I'm especially not understanding how we have a crotch view, and our guns are literally 2 feet from the ground, and we still get shot from behind a barrier at least 4 feet high. The hit marks on your screen appear at random it seems. They're not accurate at all. You could be getting shot from the side, and you'll look to your side, to see no one. Except a lone cop maybe 50 yards away. Also, the difficulty curve from going to hard, to Very Hard, is retarded. The cops spawn almost immediately after anything for most heists. The most baffling, stupid, point I've seen. Is that specials like the Tazers, are pathetically easier to kill than any of the other cops. Some cops have armor that just go, "LOL DOES NO DAMAGE" and you can keep on shooting at it, it doesn't degrade, nothing. It just keeps doing 0 damage. While, you aim for the head of course. But the cops are so fucking jittery, they phase through walls, or they're as dumb as bloody stump, and stand there to take a bullet to the head, 4 times. Quite honestly, this is not a game I will buy. Even if this is a beta, the 'full' release is a mere two weeks away, and to be honest, with the way they treated the first payday? I don't see many of these things being polished in. Hell, some of the things we saw in the first payday are still in the second that made the game excruciating buggy. It's not the funny bugs, it's the ones that cause you frustration, and make you ponder, why. On that note. I do believe the game has decent graphics, that are ruined by that hideous "PLUGH" white/orange effect, as well as the BLOOD all over your screen if you don't have your white armor circle. They did the weapons fairly well, and the models, upgrades, attachments are fairly nice. But I'd like to see them do more damage, and have respectable damage for their munitions. Aka; 7.62 one shots most up close/med range, same with a shotgun. Just my two cents. I'm not buying this game. It's not worth $30. I'm sorry. To the person that gave me a beta key, I'll buy you something to make up for it. I apologize.
DOJ Building.. Wasn't there a rumour that [sp]Bain gets arrested at some point?[/sp] It might be related to that, if it was true.
Yep. A mission was somehow bugged and popped up on crime.net in the beta, and the description said to get back at the guys who put him in jail.
I haven't read much about Payday 2 but from what I've seen, it looks pretty rad. Does it warrant a purchase?
The beta itself will satisfy you for a while. It's definitely worthy of your money.

Had the same exact problem, but then realized I was in America, and I was playing with people from Germany and Sweden this whole time. It get's very laggy for lots of lobbies if you have the "Worldwide" Filter on. The bugs, yes. I fucking hate them. You hit a cop that's alone while trying to stealth a mission, and then all of a sudden, the walls don't exist for a building, and every civilian and guard hears you kill that one cop. It's fucking irritating. Some can see you through walls and the "!" mark goes up, and you're fucked. It is a beta, but it is a bit sad because it's a mere two weeks away from release, and it's full of bugs and hackers. You should wait and continue to play, or play the beta for the last week of it and see if the updates that were made have changed your mind. The game is very fun with the right people. Storing user profiles on the players' computer for a game like Payday 2 is a terrible, terrible, terrible idea.
Have you not considered the possibility it might just be random numbers on the machine as opposed to coordinate that lead to the Indian Ocean

Why haven't they fixed the whole CCE upgrade yet? I want my friend to play with me with the beta key I get, but I already have the beta so I can't use the damn upgrade.
