Aww, I just got into the beta and went for the Jewelry store. The first game I join on Normal, lowest rank match a guy calls me a faggot for not being high enough level to run a speedrun and tells me to fuck off and leave.

What happens if you recruit a guard during a stealth phase? We never tried it because we figured the game might pull a cheap shot and go into assault phase for some reason if we did (especially since the guard counts as an ally, and his presence could trigger the "civilian saw a criminal" alert).
Do enemies spawn inside the heist area or do all of them come from outside the invisible walls?

Before I got to level 10, me and another chap in a pub match got booted when they higher ranked players were downed, despite us moving the coke into the truck for them.
Those kind of people are the worst.
Gah I hate when people speedrun jewelry store again and again and again. It's repetitive, boring and brings not that much money.

Holy fuck... now people are gonna call beta (new player) testers fags just because they want to speedrun on normal and not play the game... I really hope they add a type of system which makes the higher level guys get locked out from easier matches such as easy,normal to have a challange and not speedrun the whole level. Sorry if there is bad text my brain feels like text words don't want proper spelling.
Gonna get this game with beta tomorrow and hopefully won't encounter these type of people but I will and I know it.

Stealthing Four Stores solo on OverKill. Not that hard, as you can imagine.
Is it me, or are the bots able to shoot civilians?
I'll be off restarting the drill or be in a firefight nowhere near civilians and then suddenly I'll hear bain flip out and chastise me for killing them and then get ramped up police response for something I didn't do

In my experience, enemies only spawn outside the level and enter it on foot. In PD1 SWAT's could also spawn inside inaccessible vents around the level, or SWAT Vans on Heat Street, but I haven't seen any of this in PD2.
The only exceptions I can think of are the SWAT Van at the Bank which spawns 4 Light SWAT upon arrival, and SWAT / FBI Helicopters which either rappel a 4 man team or fly low and drop off a single Bulldozer.
You could count Police Cars two, since the two cops cannot be interacted with until they exit the vehicle (I speculate that the cops are part of an animation and that the actual cops spawn at the sides of the car when it's finished playing).

The cops shoot civilians all of the time, so I assume that the Bots do too.

I've never seen them kill a civilian, and they certainly didn't in Payday 1. They have shot cameras though, I know this because I've been watching them on cameras that suddenly go offline even though none of my teammates are nearby (they could hit cameras in PD1 too for that matter, but not on purpose).

So you could use them as cover or even as a shield.

I had trouble managing the recoil in tight situations especially when you are swarmed in a long corridor.

I roll normal jewelry store, because it gives you no money no matter how you beat it, and I can run it in less than 30 seconds with my regular crew to get cards, same works with four stores on normal and hard. If I want money I'll speed through very hard or overkill rats or do Watchdogs and get all the coke. There's a method to all the madness. I also like stealthing the overkill jewelry store also since you can get 50k for 5 minutes of work if you do it right.
