If you bought it from another person, there is no "extra" beta key. I would assume you get one added to your inventory, and the beta to your library if you buy it from the store itself.

I also bought the CCE off some russian guy for 14 keys. The guy had good rep so I would rather pay $30 for the CCE then pay 50 for it.
Meaning to ask, does the original payday still have rampant connection issues? I had to go to playing it on the ps3 when playing on the pc became too much hastle :/
