They don't. I was looking at some weapon mods, sometimes the description would talk about stuff like mobility and recoil being affected but the bars would be showing something completely different.
I really hope they actually fix the mouse lag on AMD in fullscreen. Limiting the frame rate does nothing for me.
Guess we'll be getting the Nightclub Heist and a level cap increase.

Maybe that is their plan, slowly open up more of the beta until release. Add a bit of new content every week or so and increase the level cap.
And no, I'm not saying they'll add all the main game content or approach the actual level cap, just that we'll get a bit of extra content before release.

It seems that it is steam gift, and i dont want to buy it full price. And i dont have lots of time till my summer vacation ends. I need this pretty soon if i want to play this at all :D

1. borderless window
2. not downloading msconfig or something similar everytime I try to start up the game. I think that's just a steam thing, but I don't know how to fix it.

The descriptions are all very inconsistent
What's 'good' in one description might be 'great' in another whilst doing the same, or it might say it 'sacrifices' one stat in favour of another when other mods of the same category have the same stats.
Many of them change stats that aren't mentioned in the description.
It's not really important, but it's just a little unpolished and blegh.

find something like installscript.vdf somewhere in steamapps/common/payday2 beta, delete it

$12,000 isnt that bad though. I'd prefer that to a crappy weapon mod.
