WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?!
ARE THESE GUYS EX-MILITARY?!
This may have been answered already but, do we get to keep out items we got in the beta in the final release? I hope we do, I got some sick things lol
We were restarting a bank mission and.. this happened.

yeah..civilians are prone to have Spazzing Out syndrom
I'm thinking about going full batshit and doing a melee build, this is what I got, along with some support stuff thrown in there for good measure.

ftfy
I half-hope that sort of thing doesn't get entirely fixed by release to be honest :v:
I just purchased this game, but I guess the normal edition doesn't have beta access?
Anybody have a spare beta invite they could share with me?
Was playing Jewelry Store solo (Normal) and this happened

To people wanting beta keys, Overkill posted an announcement about people giving them away on Twitch streams, check it out here if you still want to try and get one.

Cocaine really fucks people up.
Damn i keep missing beta raffles
Do we know this for sure though? He doesn't speak much military lingo (unlike PD1 Chains), is supposedly the same age as PD1 Chains, and has exactly the same bio as PD1 Chains.
STC probably, but it would be cool if the new Chains was still ex-military because he's awesome (and sounds cooler than PD1 Chains to boot)
When he slaps on his mask, he often says "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death", which is a Marine saying.
And sometimes he says "Valley of the shadow of death, yeah blah blah blah". :v:

...Did someone place a drill in the background?

I heard this line for the first time yesterday, and it was completely badass.
Gotta love how the animations are also screwy at times:

Also, the semi-auto SG is pretty good in terms of killing FBI grunts and taking down the Bulldozer if you're in a tight spot.
...Did someone place a drill in the background?
That's only if the gate door to the yellow crane is closed, and the only way to open it is by drilling the gate.
...Did someone place a drill in the background?
Yeah, sometimes the gate is closed on the side and you want to escape faster you gotta drill it before hand.

It's from the Bible.
Saw has made the game hilariously easy.
I can run Four Stores in two minutes. It's like the new Jewelry Heist, but far easier to solo.
Has anyone with the Inside Man perk aced seen any actual assets that are unlocked by it? Is there any reason to get it yet?
Has anyone with the Inside Man perk aced seen any actual assets that are unlocked by it? So that is how you manage to do that one. I was wondering why that was never working for me.

Probably one of the many things that are going to be useful only in the full game.
EDIT: In the full game, you can apparently use it to use special little features of the map to your advantage that aren't usually use-able (ex: The shutters in the jewelry store can be activated with the perk by using the keypad to the left of the door)
I wouldn't be confident about that, though. Don't quote me on it.

Have never heard this myself; almost always get "Yeah... be lucky, be lucky!" or "Time to make some money."
Gotta say, despite being one of the least rewarding and harder heists, Rats sure has a kickass Day 1 theme.
the door on that walkway (on watchdogs day1) can be shot open, by the way
its handy
I don't even like this weapon, RNG just keeps giving me items for it

A little late, but for those enquiring the stock shown here appears to be based on an early model of the M231 Firing Port Weapon designed to be used in old M2 Bradley APCs. The stock was essentially a direct reproduction of the M3 'Grease Gun's stock, which was a WW2 era SMG designed to be as cheap and light as possible. The protruding part above the collapsable stock is a buffer tube, which contains the spring that pushes the weapon's bolt back into place to cycle the weapon. A fun fact about the FPW, it was modified to fire at around 1225 rounds per minute, as compared to the M16 rifle's average of around 800.

I keep forgetting that doors can be shot open. They introduce that feature in the safehouse, but don't really mention anything about anything at all, there.
