Your game getting put on the steam front-page counts as advertisement. As far as I know, the money comes from the percentage that steam takes for their services, which include advertising, checkout, bandwidth, etc..., so technically, they aren't really [i]paying[/i] for it, but they pretty much already have.

Some guy contacted me, asking if he can translate my guide to Russian, and asked permission if he can submit it under his own name and give me credit.
He also claimed that he can "Steal the guide" and publish it under his own name, but he "respects other people's work."
Is it really possible for a person to do that? On steam, of course. I can't stop someone from copy-pasting a steam guide and putting it on another website.But, if someone were to translate a guide and claim full credibility, would Steam work with me if someone were to do this?

I got the hockey mask like 5th game I played (I fucking love Heat)
Got almost every mod for the AR I use and the Crosskill.

so apparently, in my rush to save my game and the Cthulu mask, I forgot to press yes to save progress backup so now that mask is history because the default option for save progress backup is always NO. They REALLY need to make the saves cloud-based and not this dumb as fuck local crap or make it so the default option is always YES so dumbfucks like myself don't just exit without saving it.

I don't think it upload your saves while in beta. (I may be wrong)
