Let's wait for the game to come out officially, first. You'll just be wasting time if you update it now. The full game will have tons of more features, and you'll just end up editing it again.
IZHMA is really good, but worst accuracy make it useless even on medium distances.

T$E is literally cancer and is what makes most of the people that play this game dribbling morons because they take the game too seriously and think you have to act "professionally" (read: suck the dick of the host). As I see it from what kwk said, T$E HAS skilled people, it's just a good amount of them take the tag and associate themselves with the group unofficially and turn out to be huge twats.
tl;dr avoid pretty much anyone with a "T$E" tag unless you know they actually know what the hell they're doing.

I just assumed that when my weapon did no damage(no weapon hit notification) on a police officer I chalked it up to armor doing its job
I have no idea what the hell is wrong with today's day.
I last 3 hours, I've been kicked from around 5 games, be it lobby or a 2nd day of watchdogs.
I have experienced around 15! (at least 15, could be more) "Connection lost to one of the players" or something along these lines.
Literally, in 4 hours of gameplay, I have finished only 3 heists.
Never had a single problem, even with stupid hosts, who kicks without a slight insight of what is going on.

Does it shoot rockets?
If you want to try out weapon mods or skill points but not lose all of your stuff, open up task manager and close the games process. When you start it back up, just say yes to loading the previous backup and you have all your stuff before you spent money/skill points/mods
