converting swat is the best skill just seeing him run around and kill his bretheren unwillingly brings a tear to my eye :')
Do you even save anything to them? I always imagined there'd be some witty lines for doing that.
I went against enemy conversion. I've been told that making a guard cuff himself during a stealth phase makes him an extreme liability after conversion, as his AI gets stuck on everything and trails miles behind.
I don't think they can necessarily be spotted, but they can kill enemies which will cause problems because the bodies can be spotted. I don't play a mastermind and I've only seen someone convert an enemy a few times in stealth.

I tried to shoot him but got nothing. We weren't the ones who killed him. And as a question, why do people insist on throwing the bags in the back of this truck? [thumb]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/631913746749051065/51A904E7A9582B5160C3F00FEFA1CCD1EB4EF8D3/[/thumb] Do they actually think it is a good idea or that it is somehow safer than keeping them on the second floor or even behind the red container?

Especially since the normal crew I play with is just 3 of us with 1 bot.
Do they actually think it is a good idea or that it is somehow safer than keeping them on the second floor or even behind the red container?
I can't really say, I think it seems more like a "placeholder" spot to throw the bags. But it doesn't look like the police can reach the bags in there either..
I do it so we can ferry the bags out quicker. Especially since the normal crew I play with is just 3 of us with 1 bot.
How is it quicker than keeping it on the second floor though? And especially with three people, you'd have an easier time keeping them safe if they are right by you than having to keep constant fire down on them. The only time it might be any faster is if the boat shows at Dock 8, but it has at best a 1/3 chance of that at any time. Keeping it on the second floor means you can just lob them down from above when the boat arrives regardless of where it shows up without much difficulty. If it shows up at Dock 7, you throw it from the side stairs. Dock 8, you just throw it straight out the doors, and Dock 9 you throw it from the platform. I was getting on to a guy about it earlier today and he was like "No! Its impossible for them to grab it from the truck!" And then literally less than ten seconds after he says this a squad of heavies walked up next to the truck, grabbed several bags and turtled away before we could kill them all.
I always do it on either of the corners if the cargo boat isn't in the middle.
i put them in that super secret roof holder in the first floor in the little room
I can't really say, I think it seems more like a "placeholder" spot to throw the bags. What you don't see from that screenshot is that one minute before, the others had piled all but three bags in the back (the three were ones I had carried myself). A squad of swat then moved in and grabbed literally every single bag out of the truck and tried to escape. I wasted 22 rounds from my locomotive in a frenzy trying to take them all down before they got too far away. After that, they listened and put them up on the top floor and they never got touched again.
i put them in that super secret roof holder in the first floor in the little room
Yeah, that's a good spot since, as long as none of the bags are visible from below, they can't grab them. Throw them too far back though and there is a spot where they poke out slightly and can be grabbed from below or it is impossible for players to grab them from above (Police still can though). If you can get it near the middle of the wood boards though its fine.
Awww yeah, just stealthed Harvest Bank on Overkill with 3 random people. One guy had a guy with a saw, I had an ECM and the rest had ammo bags. Took us 3 tries, and when we did it it took 30 minutes. What a fucking ride that was. Damn, I wish the beta had achievements.
I didn't realize they could pick them up from the truck, huh.
Yeah. I've seen it happen several times. I've kinda taken the "learn from experience" route with people that insist on doing it and letting a few police reach the truck and grab a few bags to prove my point.

Still up for some heists if any of you are interested, shoot me a Steam friend request.
You mean that place where Alex sometimes lands with the helo? That does sound like a good place to put them
You can do that since I'm not aware of any route up there other than the stairs inside and through the door. I usually just put them on the walkway between the two sides on the second floor since it is centered and neither route to the second floor is really closer. And I've noticed that, in doing so, they have a chance of becoming stuck in the floor and can't run off with the bags.
I'd still say the best heist for risk/reward ratio is Watchdogs on overkill or something like that.
I'd still say the best heist for risk/reward ratio is Watchdogs on overkill or something like that.
Easily. If you know what you are doing, it doesn't take long but getting all the bags pays out $500,000 for what really amounts to minimal effort. +3 Jewelry Store, at this point, is probably the best for getting cards and experience.
Just hit level 30 a few minutes ago, now to wait for the full game
So when solo stealthing Nightclub, once I get the safe open, how am I supposed to get all the cash bags out to the pickup without alerting civvies? And if that's impossible, how am I supposed to stop all those civvies from calling them police?
-snip- nvm found a 4th man
Rats is so incredibly satisfying when you play with someone who knows what they're doing

It'll appear right next to the window, though you'll still have to escape in a van in an alley.
Not sure if late but I found this in the newspaper at the safehouse. [thumb]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/612773448321229551/3047736E445FBCFAA37734E01DC062D08325D53B/[/thumb] "Shortage of FBI agents" :v:
I want a Russian weapons pack, VSS Val/Vintorez, an Obrez as a secondary weapon, a Dragonov SVU, it'd be awesome.
That and a pack with infamous guns. Like a Tec-9
