Eh, seeing as how i've already found 5 or 6 masks in the 50 hours i've played in the beta I wouldn't say it'd be too difficult to get all of those eventually.

The default colors for the mask is black on the bottom, and the drippy upper half is dark red.

It would be nice to change things up, and when you get to the docks it would be dusk.

Well, from mapping/level design perspective, changing day time wouldn't be hard. You would just have to tweak couple of lights or add additional ones in order to make it look correctly, as you wouldn't use daylight light settings for the night scene & tweak color correction a bit.
Let's even say that in worst case scenario, changing light settings would take 8 hours of work (minus compiling time or whatever, dunno if Diesel engine supports realtime preview), different times on maps would really spice up the novelty of all maps, thus all this time put into this would be worth it.

I don't know enough about it and I don't know if anyone really does with how locked down they can be about it, but I think they have the capability.
Anyone else have the feeling that they are going to combine the two bank heists we have now into one heist with a random chance of cash being there? I have an optimistic feeling that they left the two separate for beta testing purposes.

Right now, cash version is tons better than deposits...
Cash contains a table in the middle with money ready to be put into bags and lockers to be cracked open.
Deposits totally skips the table and leaves you only with deposits...
Why would we bother with deposits if we have a chance for cash?
Randomized chance for money on the table is actually better way to go.

I think they should also be able to open the safe deposit boxes with keys that could be found on civilians you tie up or kill within the bank or scattered around the office and teller areas. Each key would allow you one free open of a safe deposit box. It would create a bit more of a focus to tie up civilians during control phase of heist to get the keys.
On another point, I think they need to add a bonus for getting 100% of the available loot from the level, especially on the safe deposit box version of the bank.
I really hope maps get randomized day/night style. It's such an simple change but makes so much difference to feel.

People need more incentive to tie up civilians in general. Nobody seems to know the benefits, I've seen people who've bothered to unlock 10 cable ties and not use a single one. It could be something as simple as tips on the loading screen.
